Tuesday Shares

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are:

Mr. Bean - Judo Class

This is awesome!  Who Wants to Try This?  :)

Andy Williams - Moon River

Pigeon Hanging by the Beak

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Breakdowns can create breakthroughs.

I may not be perfect, but I'm always me.

We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all of the power we need inside ourselves already.

Interrupt worry with gratitude.

Worry is a down payment on a problem you may never have.

People are least lovable when they need love the most.

I now see how owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.

I admire people who choose to shine even after all the storms they've been through.

When things don't add up in your life, it's time to subtract.

Keep going!  Never matter the challenges swirling around you!  Don't you dare stop!  Keep moving forward!  You'll get where you want to be.

Big secret to happiness:  work on becoming more self-aware.  Explore your part in your patterns.  You have to own up to your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits, so you can disown them.

Talk to yourself the way you'd talk to someone you love.  Shush your inner bully.  Be your own bestie.
(best friend)

Ban, shred, delete, obliterate the words "I'm not good enough."

Sometimes the best thing you can do is remain silent, because no words can explain the battle that's going on in your brain and heart.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share!
