Inside all challenges are golden nuggets of insight and opportunity.

Your words have great power.  Use them to support and inspire.

The greatest cruelty is our casual blindness to the despair of others. - Unknown

Be so busy improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

I wish more people would understand how much their words affect others.

Take a moment to be grateful for all the troubles you don't have.

Do not let anyone become a vacuum and suck the happiness out of you.  Pull the plug.

When faced with any kind or problem, we can make it our excuse or make it part of a greater story.

It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up. - Vince Lombardi
