  1. The Secret Garden and Enchanted Forest colouring books took the world by storm, so many adults and kids here were so into the activity not too long ago but now, I do not hear of it so much anymore.

I never knew about the coloring books for adults...what a nice concept. While growing-up, fat coloring books and great big boxes of crayons were two of my favorite things!!!

  11. The lynx is beautiful, but I can't imagine seeing one in town like that. The Candid Camera video was cute, especially the last guy and his dog. Fun.

  12. Hi Linda! Thanx for your comment on The Villages. That lynx video is fantastic. Scary but fantastic! And I do love the Candid Camera stuff. But I've always wondered about the victims of their pranks...how do they feel after they've been made a fool of? :) Take good care!

  16. Hello Linda, I was away last week so am only just catching up with my favourite blogs (yours is of course on that list!)
The Mountain Bluebirds are so pretty; I’ve never seen one before.
I’m not sure I would have been brave enough to film the Lynx – but it was wonderful to see him.
Candid Camera is always a winner, and I enjoyed watching the Colorama clip a friend recently gave me a book and pencils, so I will be giving it a try.

  17. It's lucky for the lady that the lynx walked off. Best to give a wild animal like that quite a wide berth. If that's Terrace Bay here in Ontario, it's a rather small town.

  18. Hi Linda! Those mountain bluebirds were so beautiful! What a great video. I even liked the music in it.
Your meme's always inspire, and I really like the one about direction over speed. So true! Why just 'go fast' if all it does is lead to the wrong places?
    Happy Monday!

  35. Great to see a Lynx up close. Some talk of reintroducing them here but farmers would be up in arms. Powerful looking animal and big enough to do some damage to livestock.

  53. Great videos, as always, Linda! My that lynx had BIG feet. The poor thing probably felt very much out of its element. The quotations were inspiring. "Direction is much more important than speed" really resonated with me. I get so discouraged sometimes because I am not faster. I need to remember that I have direction in spades, even when I can't walk in a straight line!

Wishing you a lovely Saturday, my dear friend! XOXOX
