Weekend Thoughts
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: Here's Why we Have that Little Groove Below our Nose
Cop Fosters Abandoned Kittens she Keeps Finding on Duty
This is What Happens to Your Body During a Flight
Cat's Strange Behavior at a Funeral Leaves this Family Scratching their Heads
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see another view. I believe that trapped emotions can be implicated in nearly all diseases, either directly or indirectly. - Dr. Bradley Nelson
Poisonous relationships can alter your perception. You can spend many years thinking you're worthless...but you're not worthless, you're unappreciated. - Steve Maraboli
As you grow, you learn more. Aging is not just decay. It's growth. It's more than the negative that you're going to die, it's the positive that you understand you're going to die, and that you live a better life because of it. - Mitch Albom, Tuesdays with Morrie
What I have learned, at my advanced age, is to be grateful that we have a nice life. There is electricity, cars, telegraph, telephone, internet. We also have hot water all day long. We live like kings. - Alice Herz-Sommer, 110
Linda, Now I know all about philtrums...even what the heck they are! Probably will come in handy in a word game... Nice cop fostering cats... As for the effects of flying, the loss of taste is probably a good thing on flights as the food is so bad these days! My wife and her sister both suffered from ear pain on our recent overseas flights. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
First of all, I did delete that comment. Funny, but I've done the same kind of thing in the past! No problem. You have some really fun videos today. I didn't know that about the thingy below the nose but isn't it strange that some folks come out deformed when others don't? Can't see a merciful god in that. And the cop with her kitties. We love kitties and I'd have a houseful if but as my wife would say - maybe your next lifetime! And I finally have an answer as to why airplane food tastes so bad! :) The kitty at the funeral was cute, too, but knowing cats, he may have just been expressing frustration after a hard day of mouse hunting!
I didn't know about that below the nose thing. Very interesting. Some wonderful quotes today, I do love the quote portion of your post. Have a wonderful weekend Linda.
I’ve never given the groove below our noses any though, but the video about it is fascinating as is the one with the white cat. They say you learn something new everyday, and that is certainly true when I visit you. Happy a lovely weekend.
Hi, Linda! I have so enjoyed your recent shares, and today's shares were particularly great in the mix - allowing one thought to flow to the next so that they are all balanced together. You always do a great job doing that. Wishing you a lovely week-end! xx
I enjoyed the videos Linda. The first was fascinating and so was the flying one, and even the cat at the funeral. A sweet story about the young lady fostering the kittens she finds while patrolling. Such a good heart. Those wise words I always read through a couple of times. Thank you for all the time and effort it takes to put you posts together. Have a great weekend :)
