We had very severe winds here in Montreal today...some trees fell and many people lost their power (several thousands). I believe the number was 250,000 across Quebec! I did go out but I went out to get a few things done, it certainly wasn't a day to enjoy a nice walk! The wind almost blew me down...twice! As soon as the weather gets more enjoyable for me I will take my camera with me and take some new photos. I even love the winter so expect some new photos to appear on my blog soon.
I have been sharing some of the photos I took over the last few months because the weather has been pretty wet and windy. I am doing two things here: continuing to share my photos even if they aren't ones I took recently. I organize myself so that I do my best not to share any photos twice, so I hope you all enjoy the photos that I share.
I made a short post earlier because the winds are still pretty strong but are starting to die down now after about 10 hours of high winds.
I don't often take photos of the sky but I do take a few now and then...I took these three in August. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

That video is very relaxing and the colors are pretty. I also like to take pictures of the sky once in a while – some clouds have such interesting shapes.

Indoors is the best place to be when it is windy. I do enjoy pictures of the sky, and these are lovely.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry about your winds and power outages. We had some wind two nights ago and rain but not nearly as severe as anticipated. I was glad the only thing on the ground the next day was leaves and not limbs!
