Hello Linda,
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for your kind comments on my blog while I was away (I am often away!! LOL!).
I enjoyed the south american flamingos very much, another amazing BBC footage!
Keep well :)

ReplyDeleteBonjour Linda,
ReplyDeleteJ'ai adoré le vidéo du volcan et des flamants roses, c'est mignon de les voir marcher ✿
Bisous
Manon
Remember to sing... great advice!
ReplyDeleteLinda, I like the picture and quote about friends, having just spent some time with old friends.
ReplyDeleteThank you for yesterday's and today's posts, Linda! I really loved the Justin Trudeau quote ~ which I hadn't heard. What he said is so important and true. I slid it onto my desktop and into my inspiration file, so I can read it again and again. Great gags! One of the best antidotes to sorrow is a big belly laugh! And laughing reminds us of all the good that is in the world. Happy weekend, Linda!
ReplyDeleteYesterday, at least, was free of partisanship, a refreshing thing. I do like what Justin had to say.
ReplyDeleteherlig avslappende musikk :-)
ReplyDeleteSad, Linda, for the soldier, his friends, his family...
ReplyDeleteGag -> a lovely one !
A great gag video. All the other videos are great also. Wonderful quotes. My prayers are still with your country and soldier and his family. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeletewish you a peaceful Friday
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely videos and pictures, Linda! The video about the Andes with the volcanoes with the flamingos living in the caustic waters is amazing!
ReplyDeleteWe in the UK share your resolve Linda. The enemies within are small in mind and tiny in stature compared to our great democracies.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda. I enjoyed your blog today. A nice speech given by Justin T. Our beautiful country does not need these kind of evil people. I enjoyed the view of the Andes and the Flamingos, how they stick together, is lovely.
ReplyDeleteDearest Linda - Still keeping your land in my prayers. So glad you shared Justin Trudeau's words. Wishing you peace my friend. Thank you for your lovely videos and quotes. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteBonjour Linda, c'est tellement triste ce qui est arrivé... Ces vidéos et cotations sont magnifiques! Bise et bon vendredi dans la tendresse!
ReplyDeleteI would like to give my sincere condolences to all those affected by this tragedy.
ReplyDeletenice weekend, linda!
Linda, you are a champion :)
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, it is me again. I changed my name from Thelma Day to thel day. I tried to use just "thel" but Google would not allow me to do it, although I do see some bloggers with just one name. I don't understand how they do this. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteHi Thelma, Hmm, perhaps Google won't allow you to do it because you put a lower cased 't'? And now your blog "cannot be found" according to Google, I am wondering if this is because you tried to change your name?
DeleteI hope you see this, and I hope it helps. I would contact Google directly through Blogger to tell them about all this.
Here is what Google does when I click on your blog link. Sorry, the blog you were looking for does not exist. However, the name thelmaday is available to register.
DeleteI'm sad to hear of what happened in Canada. I'm sure you guys handle things better than tragedies in the United States. There's too much unneeded fear, paranoia and finger pointing over here.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I will wait for tomorrow and maybe I have to change back. It's because I did not want my name so public. Thanks for your answer Thel
ReplyDeletegood words of wisdom from Justin Trudeau.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, I'll always love hearing 'and the birds were singing' ( et les oiseaux chantaient) Sung by Sweet People, it was a big hit in the U.K back in 1980.
