Loved the cat and turtle - they make unlikely friends, but clearly they enjoy each others company.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea filling potholes with flowers. Trouble is that here in the UK it would need a whole army of people working 24/7.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda -- I could see myself getting in Jail in that first video. Love it! :-) Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWonderful one and all.
ReplyDeleteHugs and Blessings

j'aime bien la citation de Greg Olsen Linda

Good morning, dear Linda! I never saw a tortoise charge at or run after another animal in that manner. It almost seemed like it enjoyed playing with that curious cat. Mrs. Shady makes frequent use of garlic, rosemary and other herbs and spices in her cooking and I am eager for her to prepare this chicken recipe.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much, dear friend Linda. I'm set to travel now and will see you again tomorrow!
Coucou Linda,
ReplyDeleteC'est rigolo de voir le chat et la tortue •.☆

Oh my goodness! Roasted chicken with lemon???? LOVE IT! Happy Thursday! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteThe cat and turtle made my day. Cats are so curious and also cautious and this kitty just doesn't know what to make of the turtle. Interestingly, turtle seems to be more aggravated with the cat than anything else.
ReplyDeleteGood day Linda. Lovely set of videos and sayings. The 4H is my favorite today. :)
ReplyDeleteI will practice smiling to get those chemicals in my brain working!
ReplyDeleteDeb
I liked the pretty yellow sunflower quote.
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Linda.
ReplyDeleteOh, the cat and turtle video is adorable
I once had a pet turtle ...he was grazed by a car and I took him to the vet
and she had to amputate his leg, I had him for a few months and when we moved the vet took him ... a friend of mine named him Lucky ...
The art by Raphael Vavasseur is beautiful ...
Have a wonderful day xx
Excellent series of videos. A little bit of everything.
ReplyDeleteI am going to have to try the chicken recipe, sounds delicious. The cat and turtle video was cute. Got a good laugh out of the gag video. Once again the quotes were great. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteThe cat and turtle video is cute! And I like the flower-filled pothole idea!
ReplyDeleteHello Linda,
ReplyDeleteWhat a funny movie of that saving bank. Hahaha..!! Great!!

ReplyDeleteThe turtle moves pretty fast!
ReplyDeleteGood quotes about smiling! Love the work of the Canadian vandals!
ReplyDeleteDear Linda- wonderful post. That lemon rosemary chicken sounds delicious. The quote about the bumblebee is so good.
DeleteRead your previous post about how you love to take walks. I echo that practice. Love being outdoors especially in the spring. Take care and have a great day. Hugs!
These are lovely! Your blog makes me smile, it's so full of cheer and good thoughts! Thank you for sharing these, I especially like the look of that lemon chicken recipe. Have a lovely day!

ReplyDeletePotholes with flowers -> beautiful !
Whoa, that looked like a young snapping turtle! Kitty better find a better playmate!
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised that the turtle kept following the cat, instead of hiding.
ReplyDeleteThe drink recipe looks interesting although I would leave out the cloves and I've never see purple corn on the cob. Some good quotes about smiling :)
ReplyDeleteLOL
ReplyDeletefunny to see the play of the cat and the turtle! :-)))
Bonne soirée Linda, merci pour ce beau moment!
ReplyDeleteAnother wonderful selection - always the highlight of my day! Thank you, Linda!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda. I've been out of circulation for a couple days after after an accident with my ankle and tendon. I should be back tomorrow. I loved the laugh section and the gratitude part was perfect. Have a wonderful evening. See ya.

A smile can change everything. Have a wonderful week! :)
ReplyDeleteI hit a pothole or something today, it did not make my tires sound like they ran over some flowers.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant idea, Canadians. We should do that here too. fill pot holes with flowers
ReplyDeleteCoucou Linda,
ReplyDeleteMerci pour tous ces jolis posts. bon vendredi. Bises
Hi Linda! I'm catching your blog just before I go to bed tonight; but now I'm laughing so hard. You've got to love Canadians! That gag would never happen here in the USA! They so politely pull out that drill and go after the doorknob. That last quote about faking a smile to improve your mood is so true. Hope you don't have to resort to that tomorrow, Linda! I'm wishing you an awesome day!
ReplyDeleteNow I really want to try this shell recipe :) Thanks for your wonderful and funny links as usual <3
