Mellow Monday
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Scalevo - The Stair Climbing Wheelchair
Expedition Iceland
Dogs Who Love Water
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Dear self doubt, I'm so over you! And now it's my time to sparkle!
That's nice! The stair climbing wheelchair. So far here, they've places for people to push them up or down - disabled-friendly. Only at one hotel in KL - you push the wheel chair onto a platform by the side, press the button and it will bring you up to the level at the top of the stairs.
Good morning, dear Linda! That stair climbing wheelchair is a wonderful device that will enable people with disabilities to have greater freedom and mobility than ever before. No need to search in vain for a ramp. Mrs. Shady and I have talked about visiting Iceland someday. It looks like a beautiful, unspoiled place. The video of various dogs enjoying the water made me smile. My dog Toto hated baths but loved to run under the hose and bite at the stream of water. She was also fond of drinking out of the toilet! :)
Hi Linda, Quite a selection, a surfing dog, a smooth smoothie, carmel popcorn and Depression is living in a body that fights to survive, with a mind that tries to die. Lots of emotions. Tom The Backroads Traveller
Ooh...loved them all. The Self doubt goes right along with a book I am reading that is so good. Love the deer picture and wish I had some caramel popcorn now! LOL! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
I think, if I needed a wheelchair, I would have to check out this one. A fine feat of engineering. And as time goes by, they'll probably improve so it won't be long before many people will be able to go up and down stairs in their wheelchair!
There...I've finally made it here, in spite of very poor connection! And it was so worth the effort...those wonderful quotes...so incredibly encouraging and uplifting. Thank you, my dear, dear Friend! xoxoxo
That Stair Climbing Wheelchair was amazing. That would allow wheelchair handicap people a wonderful opportunity to move up any place. I wonder if it works on a escalator.? Beleive me Linda, upon awakening every morning everyday, my first thought is to say thank You to God because after my stroke ( 19977 ) my wife was told I was going to die but thanks to God, I'm still here ( 2015 ). Here is a big SMILE from me. Have a great Monday my friend. See ya.
Praying for a world where people don't need wheelchairs; that technology could fix their backs, but this is wonderful till then. Those dogs made me laugh out loud & the quotes really resonated today. Thank you, Linda!!
Dear Linda- Iceland' s expedition was awesome. Beautiful place to visit via your blog. Dogs who love water was such fun. It kept me smiling all afternoon. Hugs!
I'm grateful that I don't need stir climbing wheel chair and for those need assistance, what a great invention! Love the 'Dog love water" ...cute and so fun to watch! I'm making banana smoothie soon! Thanks Linda!
