Sunday Serenity
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Texas Boys Mow Lawn to Keep Woman from Going to Jail
Picon Punch (Thirsty for)
These Horses Give Prisoners a Second Chance
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. May the month ahead be filled with an abundance of magnificent miracles, blissful blessings and splendid surprises. Welcome July
Old, peeling and crusty paint has to be scraped away to make way for a fresh coat. (unless you get a "bargain") Letting go of the old in life can sometimes feel like being scraped and sanded, but it's just prep work for bright new hues!
From this day forward, I'm going to let my burdens go and have faith that things will start to get better. It's going to be a long road ahead, but I will get there.
I choose...to live by choice, not by chance. To make changes, not excuses. To be motivated, not manipulated. To be useful, not used. To excel, not compete. I choose self-esteem, not self pity. I choose to listen to my inner voice. Not the random opinion of others.
Hi Linda, Your review is as always very varied. Green Smoothie, for I have nothing left, igit .... but with the quote from Dave Hedges I can identify well. A beautiful Sunday for you. Greetings from Austria
Is there a law there that states that the grass must not be over 18 inches long? Oh dear!!! That would be a problem for many here - especially those staying in rented houses and not bothered to take care of the premises. The town council could have sent people to go and cut for her, 75 years old - instead of issuing a warrant for her to appear in court. So horrible. Luckily, there were those so very nice boys around. Tsk! Tsk!
I came by to thank you for your kind comment on my blog. And then I had to stay awhile and be inspired, laugh (that scorpion trick....argh!) - and I love the quotes...'specially the Perapy..so true.
When we lived in Arizona many years ago, small scorpions were very real and very dangerous and I kept finding them in the kitchen. I never toyed with them at all. But I did tease the girls in school with tarantulas! I was very bad! :)
Thanks for sharing all of this inspiration, I got tears in my eyes watching all of those little boys mowing that elder lady's grass, hope you have a wonderful day!!! Hugs, Lecia
Linda, it is very touching to see the young boys coming to save the elderly woman from being arrested. And I like the program of using the horses to give the prisoners second chance. Happy Sunday!
Hi Linda, I love the story Texas Boys Mow Lawn to Keep Woman from Going to Jail. That's a neat find for sure. Hope you are having a fine weekend. Thanks for sharing and your kind comments on my blog.
Goooood morning Linda. Everyone is gifted - but some people never open their package! Live, believe, inspire...Well I was so inspired by the video about the young boys who cut the older lady's grass. There are always good people in the world and I happy with the fact it was young boys. Way to go boys. Have a great day my friend. See ya.
