Tuesday Choices
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Just for Laughs Gags Walking Tour - Montreal Olympic Stadium (this is actually not a gag but it will give you a chance to get to know the Just for Laughs Gags crew as well as having the opportunity to see a little bit of Montreal! This lady, who I am sure many of you will recognize, (such as you did Denis Levasseur in yesterday's video), is Marie-Pierre! Marie-Pierre's hair is usually blonde when she is doing the gags. Thank you so much for watching, and I hope you will enjoy this video! :) Montreal, Quebec, as you all know, is in Canada. The French accent you will be hearing when Denis and Marie-Pierre speak, is not typical of the French accent in Canada, but it is very typical of the French accent here in Quebec!
Arnold Ziffel Tests His Civil Rights - Green Acres 1967 and 1968
Canon in D - Different Light Studio and Healing Harp Melodies
Crow Skiing Down a Roof
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. If you're reading this, you've survived your life until this point. Heartbreak. Losses. Betrayals. Trauma. And here you are. You go, fierce warrior. You are awesome.
Today's to do list: Wake up and smile. Pet a dog. Share inspiration. Express gratitude. Practice patience. Demonstrate compassion. Do a difficult task. Overcome obstacles. Take tough issues. Believe in people's potential. Have fun.
Oh? The accents vary between places? Like English in England and Wales and Scotland, not to mentioned the cockneyed. Same with the Malay spoken here - some places have their own versions, their own dialects so to speak...and they cannot understand one another.
Agreed on the 'unplugged' places. We were just in the middle of what seemed to be nowhere on an island in the Maldives with Internet and phone connection equal to that of the city.
Yes, it is! I have no idea why, some names in French are just like that. As far as I know it is her real name. I know a guy named Jean Marie...Jean is French for John, and Marie is French for Mary. :)
Canon is beautiful in any key. And I really enjoyed the Gags Walking Tour. Loved Meanwhile in Canada and "unplugged." too. And Green Acres - can't believe I'm old enough to remember that! Thanks, Linda!
Hello Dear Linda ~ How wonderful it is to visit here with you today! I have missed coming by for my inspiration and laughs. As I am writing this I am listening to the "cannon in D" awww... so beautiful. My daughter, Stephanie, used this piece in her wedding so it is bringing back sweet memories. You always have such sweet delights to be found here. :)
Thank you for your visits, thoughts and prayers as I have been away from my blog. You are so precious!
Have a most beautiful day today! With much love and hugs ~ Debbie
" If you're reading this, you've survived your life until this point. Heartbreak. Losses. Betrayals. Trauma. And here you are. You go, fierce warrior. You are awesome. " You are correct Linda. Believe it or not, I should be dead. That's correct. My neurosurgeon in 1977, informed my wife that after I had my stroke and told her to bring the family in because I was going to die. Guess what? I beat the odds. I pray to God thanking him that I lived to enjoy each day of my life. Yes, it's " AWESOME ". Have a brilliant, sunny, loveable, beautiful, colorful day. Thanks for being my blog friend. See ya.
Such an inspiring post Linda! I love your Tuesday Linda!
I invite you to check my latest post: “How to Save Money Today”. Please feel free to share with family and friends about my life coaching blog! I am trying to spread the word about living a happier and balanced life and I would love if you were part of it! Thanks Linda and let's stay in touch!
Hi, again, dear Linda! I enjoyed this segment showing one of the principal gag video shooting locations in Montreal, the Olympic Stadium. It was great fun to see the puzzled expressions on people's faces when the pictures showed the prankster posing in front of the Eiffel Tower or The Leaning Tower if Pisa.
Thank you again, dear friend Linda, for wanting to share these gag videos and scenes taken around your Montreal with me. Enjoy your weekend!
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog. Lovely, as usual. The bird by Louise McNaught is great; why don't I ever do mixed media? I always like it.
