Wonder Filled Wednesday
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Method of Sleep
Berlin Phil Horns, Freischutz and a Cable Car!
Don't Mess with a Chipmunk's Nuts - North America
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Does anyone know what kind of hummingbird this is? LOL! :)
Linda, I enjoy the Chipmunk's nuts video. It is amazing how it could stuff the big nuts into his tiny mouth! One a real hardworking chap and the other a naughty pick pocket!
Good morning, dear Linda! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to that high elevation concert given by the Berlin Philharmonic Horns. The sound they produce is pure and uncluttered. I love it! As you know I am from Pennsylvania. The piece about the chipmunk and his nuts and seeing all those colorful fall leaves and acorns reminded me of my youth in the Keystone State. I used to own a hamster and watched in glee as he stuffed his cheeks with food until they looked like inflated balloons. It amazes me how often we see examples of nest robbing in the animal kingdom. You would think humans would know better but we are the worst offenders.
That is a fun gag today. There was one woman I think was ready to cry when her work came undone! And I loved the sleep music, but had a great laugh at the chipmunk protecting its winter store of food!
What wonderful things to share here! And thank you for coming to The Marmleade Gypsy and my Paris in July post! It was nice having you there and I appreciated your comment!
The donkey at the hummingbird feeder really cracked me up today. At one time, I owned a miniature donkey named Dottie (she was a spotted Sicilian). She provided loads of laughs.
I remember once looking out the kitchen window at my parent's place, where a feeder was stationed. A raccoon was clinging to the beam with one paw and its hind feet, reaching with the other paw to the feeder, tipping it over so it would drain onto the walk below. He looked at me as if he was thinking, "What? Do you mind?" And sure enough, he went back down and was busy licking the spilled water.
Cute gag video. The method of sleep video had some very pretty scenes in it. The chipmunk video reminded me of how some people are. Good quotes. Have a blessed day. Madeline
