Thursday Thoughts
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Stunning Lady Gouldian Finches Feeding
Vintage 1963 Canada Dry Soda Commercial
How Meditation can Help Heal Depression
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Today, I will choose joy.
Extra! Extra! Adding one cup of gratitude sweetened with a spoonful of kindness at the start of every morning, has shown evidence of increased positivity!!! Side effects may include: (but not limited to) a change in attitude, spontaneous burst of laughter, an aura of love and light, happiness in abundance. May make your mind, heart and soul feel good!
I had to chuckle over your "meanwhile in Canada" with the bear, too cute! The bear looks like our little"yogi" bear that hung out with us last year. He was young and constantly looking for things to do in our yard.
Linda - have tried leaving a comment from my mobile phone but for some reason I am unable. Just wanted you to know I enjoyed the Darlings on Monday from Andy Griffith. Such a delight to hear them. Your quotes today are especially just what I needed. Love the one about slowing down so happiness can catch up...sounds good to me. Love Lori Seibert's art. Going to check out her web. Hope you have a wonderful day friend. Hugs!
It was hilarious to see the shock and terror on the faces of those adults as that boy disappeared beneath the surface of a mud puddle on their watch. I never saw such beautiful finches as these. As I told you before, I once owned a series of zebra finches. They are dear little birds and the ones you showed us today, the Gouldians, must surely be the most brightly colored finches of all. Isn't it jarring to watch TV commercial's produced in the 1950s and early 60s? The man and woman at the dance were nicely dressed and behaved in a dignified manner. The voice-over announcer delivered his message in a straightforward, no-nonsense manner. I miss those days!
Hi Linda, I have never seen such stunning Lady Gouldian Finches before. Very colourful birds! Love all the very encouraging, positive and meaningful quotes.
Thought I would actually pop by today & see what you've been up too. May I just say that first video with the kid jumping into the hole was hilarious! Those birds were so pretty and colorful. - I enjoyed stopping by. Hope to do so a little more often.
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog. Comment moderation is enabled. I do hope that Blogger's changes in the way of proving that you are not a robot do not deter you from commenting! Thank you so much! I liked your Thursday thoughts.
