Tuesday Choices and a New Poll!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have added a new poll, asking you all what your favourite animal(s) is/are. Yes, I am allowing you to choose more than one animal. Thank you so much for taking the time to vote in my polls! :) The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Mows Bil-Laban (Banana smoothie...Thirsty for)
Hawaiian Airlines' Pau Hana Fridays - The Brothers Cazimero: Pua Hone
Tree Frog Serenade
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Be thankful for today!
Sometimes you have to stop worrying, wondering and doubting. Have faith that things will work out. Maybe not how you planned, but how they were meant to be.
Boredom, anger, sadness or fear are not "yours", not personal. They are conditions of the human mind. They come and go. Nothing that comes and goes is you.
Hope...a lesson for all of us is that for every loss, there is victory, for every sadness, there is joy, and when you think you've lost everything, there is hope.
Hi Linda, I did need to read some of your wise quotes today. I've been nostalgic because we are selling some property that is near and dear to my heart - hubby doesn't understand how hard it is for me to let go so I am going to repeat "Every moment offers an opportunity to start anew" to help me get through my sad thoughts. Thank you Linda! I am also going to "Let what brings me joy lead the way." Have a Wonderful Week! Karen
Hello,Linda There are too many fun videos. I chose "The Brothers Cazimero" is my best loved one. Hawaiian music always give us happy feeling. In addition, for me, speaking Hawaii, I remember my first English teacher who came from Hawaii. I am glad to visit you again. Have a good day!
Yes, sticking to routine, one ends up like a robot, clockwork...no life. "Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future." (John F. Kennedy)
What sweet Hawaiian singing. Just beautiful. As for favourite animals it is very hard to pick. I will say two wild animals I love are lions and elephants but really I love all of them.
Hi Linda, I hopped over here from the beautiful Launna's blog. I love some of the quotes that you've featured here and boy do they come with such cute illustrations! The artisan cheese got my punny bones giggling nonstop.
Hi Linda, I would also broken scare me if I would take a price and a shot went off hahahahaha ... luckily they later had to laugh Teon them that it was a joke :-)
The clip of the Tree Frog Serenade I felt very special to hear :-) Thank you for all these fun items :-) Greetings, Helma
Mrs. Shady makes smoothies for us several times a week. I know that she will appreciate this recipe for a Banana and Honey smoothie. It looks delicious! I enjoyed the tree frog serenade. There is something very comforting about the sounds of nature. This video reminds us that we must preserve natural habitats, protect endangered species and maintain nature's delicate balance.
That one poor lady in the JFL gag was so traumatized that she had a hard time seeing the humor in it when they explained that it was a joke. I like the quote about eye candy vs. soul food.
Oh how I loved that Hawaiian music. My wife & I want to eventually get to Hawaii, Maui especially. I enjoyed all that you have presented for us today Linda especially " Be thankful for today! ".That is true everyday. Have a great day my friend. See ya.
Linda, love all the quotes today. They are uplifting and speak to the heart. It's hard to choose my favorite animal, as I love many of God's creatures, but the white horse is a favorite of mine. And I love to take pictures of the birds. The LION has always fascinated me as well.
The quote about routine being lethal is shake you to your core true. Thank you for another powerful, important reminder - as well as plenty of other awesomeness as well, dear Linda.
Hello dearest Linda - oh the friendship between the dog and the poor cat is so touching! And I love wolves! :o) Lots of hugs Traude http://rostrose.blogspot.co.at/2015/08/sommertheater-und-die-mode-vor-hundert.html
