Thursday Shares and Happy Thanksgiving!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! Happy Thanksgiving to all my U.S. friends and readers! :) The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
How to Cook a Quick and Easy Perfect Turkey
Christmas Dinner Table Set with Cambridge Rose Point and Franciscan Apple China
1920's Christmas Fun Footage
Vintage Treasures Christmas Decorating Theme
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. By plucking her petals, you can't gather the beauty of the flower.
I notice everything. And by everything, I literally mean everything. I notice when someone stops hitting me up like they used to. I notice when the way someone talks to me starts changing. I notice the little things that people do, and the little things they used to do. I notice when things change, and when it's no longer the same. I notice every single little detail. I just don't say anything.
Bring on the cups so red! Gratitude, gobbling and pie are ahead! And with jingles and hohoho's too so near! It's time to get your twirl in gear...the holiday season is finally here!
The keys to good health: buy food with mindful thought and not impulsively. Choose less food with wheat, sugar, sodium, crazy chemical additives, etc. Cook food healthfully - for example: using coconut oil instead of other oils. Drink more water, especially helpful before meals. Eat slowly and stop before full. Work out a little daily, even going for a nice walk is helpful. Get your Vitamin Zzz's. Sleep enough.
Healthy diet tool...re-name foods as "forward food" or "backward food". Before you eat, ask: "Is this food helping me move forward to better health and improved energy - or backward to feeling unhealthy with a spike-and-crash depleted feeling?"
Hi Linda, Happy Thanksgiving to you! With Christmas coming, I love to watch this video on cooking turkey. Oh yes, our tongue is a very dangerous tool that can hurt terribly if we are not careful!
Hi dear friend! Yes, here in Canada we celebrated Thanksgiving in October. But my wishes and the video are for my friends and readers in the U.S. (United States). They celebrate their Thanksgiving today. :)
Thank you for the Thanksgiving wishes. We do have lots to be thankful for. Our good health and the health of our loved ones is a blessing. Have a happy day!
Wow, Thursday already. Christmas is coming and that means my cruise is coming soon in January. At our age, Christmas is for the grandchildren but the cruise is the gift for me. Have a great Thursday Linda. See ya.
I especially enjoyed the 20's Christmas video...that was before my time but some of the people involved could have been my parents! :) Some great Salmansohn materials today and one in particular I found immediately helpful. Merci!
You know, Linda, I always feel so much lighter, prettier, and healthier when I leave your blog. You fill my heart and mind with Light - thank you for that, and for your many kindnesses. Hope your coming week-end will be enjoyable. Please know on your darkest days, that you bring Light, Love and Peace to others - so you DO make a big difference - not just locally - but world wide! Thank you, Linda! xo
Adoro. Abç Minicontista2
My darling, blessed Linda, I know that I do repeat myself, but I'll never get tired to say and write that your blog is so marvellous to read, to watch .... to enjoy ! May your Thanksgiving be Very Happy, With all my heart and deep gratitude Dany
Haven't we all set off those store alarms at one time or another? It's an awful feeling. It would be so embarrassing to be put through the kind of search the did in the JFL gag. The suggestion about labeling food as a forward food or a backward food was interesting. I might try that.
The moon and the stars, the reckless/reckoned with turtle, and butterfly were stand outs for me today. Thank you Linda :) Happy Thanksgiving back even though I know you had yours already! Thanks for another great post
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog. Comment moderation is enabled. I do hope that Blogger's changes in the way of proving that you are not a robot do not deter you from commenting! Thank you so much! If you have Google+ and are only allowing Google+ users to comment on your blog, I do not have, nor do I want it. And if you use DISQUS for accepting comments on your blog I don't have that, either, nor do I want it. Thanks!
Merci pour ce beau partage Linda

ReplyDeleteici le temps est humide , mais un peu + doux et le ciel vire au bleu
pour le vie ici la ville reprends sa vie mais le coeur n'y est pas ....
bisous
la paix de Jean de la Fontaine ....
Le noir démon des combats
Va quitter cette contrée
Nous reverrons ici-bas
Régner la déesse Astrée
O Paix! source de tout bien
Viens enrichir cette terre
Et fais qu'il ne reste rien
Des images de la guerre.
Chasse des soldats gloutons
La troupe fière et hagarde
Qui mange tous nos moutons
Et bat celui qui les garde.
Délivre ce beau séjour
De leur brutale furie
Et ne permet qu'à l'amour
D'entrer dans la bergerie.
Fais qu'avecque le berger
On puisse voir la bergère
Qui coure d'un pas léger
Qui danse sur la fougère
Et qui du berger tremblant
Voyant le peu de courage
S'endorme, ou fasse semblant
De s'endormir à l'ombrage
Accorde à nos longs désirs
De plus douces destinées
Ramène nous les plaisirs
Absents depuis tant d'années.
Etouffe tous ces travaux
Et leurs semences mortelles
Que les plus grands de nos maux
Soient les rigueurs de nos belles
Et que nous passions les jours
Etendus sur l'herbe tendre
Prêts à conter nos amour
A qui voudra les entendre.
Again? I thought you just had Thanksgiving a while ago?
