Friday Fun
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Old Dutch Christmas Song
Sniffer Dogs in Action at Gatwick Airport
Christmas in Killarney - Irish Christmas Song
Could it be Magic - Barry Manilow
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Why feel blue when there are so many other colours you can feel.
It's been a while. I'm not who I was before. You look surprised. Your words don't burn me anymore. It's just a brand new kind of me. I found a brand new kind of free. - Alicia Keys
I am going to be happy. I'm going to smile a lot. I'm going to be easy. I'm going to count my blessings. I'm going to look for reasons to feel good. I'm going to dig up positive things from the past. I'm going to look for positive things in the future. It is my natural state to be a happy person. It's natural to be a happy person. It's natural for me to love and to laugh. I am a happy person. - Abraham Hicks
bonjour Linda, on se doit de penser avec toutes les couleurs de l'arc-en-ciel et encore avec toutes les autres si possible! je repasserai lire et écouter. bisous Angie
Hello, Dogs are very smart, it is good they can be used as sniffer dogs at the airports. Another great inspiring post. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
I was surprised to see how many people became irritated at the old man and his soccer ball. How much effort does it take to give a little joy to a simple old man by joining in a game with him? At first, I thought the girl was just sad over something in her own life; but then she seemed to be vindictive. I enjoyed the video, but it didn't make me laugh this time. Love the sniffing dogs, though. I really enjoy watching working dogs work.
The younger generation seems to be so indifferent and annoyed at that old man wanting to play ball. Thanks for your comment on my blog and have a great day. JB
Good Morning, Linda~~ Your place here is just the sweetest to visit. I have missed you! That soccer video was quite funny, some of those people got uptight easily, didn't they? :-) all in Finn. You always have the loveliest sayings to read here, which gives one to ponder on.
Thank you for your visit and Christmas wishes, it is always a joy to see you.
Good afternoon Linda. I was out visiting my lawyer. Nothing difficult just the fact we changing our wills. Hope that everything is well. Have a wonderful Friday my friend. See ya.
Oh those Irish, they are a jolly bunch, aren't they? I was married by an Irish Catholic Priest, and he was such a joyful man. I really liked your quotes on here today. Some of my favorites were "peck peck peck." Maya Angelou is my very favorite. "Why feel blue" was another good one. I also loved "It takes a strong heart" - do you know who wrote this quote?
Wishing you a wonderful Christmas, Linda. So glad to have met you in this grand blog land of ours. ;)
Linda, O MY!! I loved this post!! So many wonderful quotes! Would you mind if I paste and copy a few? I am still searching for my One Little Word for 2016. Live was my word for 2015. Thanks so much for stopping by and for your very kind words!! They made my day! Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
Love your new header photo. That old man in the gag is lucky someone didn't toss that soccer ball toward his head! :) Some nice music but again, Salmansohn comes through - she's got so many ways of saying things that are very helpful!
The graphics really ministered to me today, Linda. Especially the ones by Karen S. Amazing how you find this stuff that lifts my heart and makes me smile!
... the sniffer dog video was precious, L ... reminds me of my black lab Piwo (rest his soul) ... he sure as hell knew a day before my migraines would start ... he would never leave my side ... sometimes he would walk so close to e, that I would stumble over him ... he sure prevented many of "explosions" in my head that way, as I was taking the migraine med in time then ... Love, cat.
A long time ago, my part Irish husband and I were looking for a house and found a special house on Kilarney Lane on St. Patrick Day...we bought it of course. The Irish Christmas song reminds me of that. My husband and I went to Berry Manillow concert...he was so funny. He was young, we were young...time flies, right?
