Oh, the video of the teen being pulled over by the policeman was so sweet. She has a thoughtful (and ornery) dad. "When fear knocks, let faith answer the door." Good thought.
I will say--I make a whole chicken in the crockpot all the time. It turns out great! I just put paprika, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning on it and cook it on low all day. I also put a pat of butter in several spots on the top of it and it melts and drips down as the chicken cooks. It turns out perfect every time!

That's the chicken you cooked? Looks great - but that will have to wait till I get a new crockpot. Whole chicken, we'd usually roast it in the oven.
