A Long Road
Since I am a HSP (highly sensitive person), things tend to affect me on a deeper level, so it makes this so much more difficult. I have been reading all your comments and I really appreciate you all so much, you cannot imagine just how much. Although the weather doesn't usually play a part in my depression it seems like it has this year. Yes, we are having milder temperatures and this week we have had no sunshine, mostly cloudy, dark and dull.
Thank you all so much for your love, encouragement, support and prayers, it really means a lot to me. Love and hugs to you all. Thank you for being there!

ReplyDeleteI noticed that the heat wave we are going through now contributes to irritation and impatience in some of us. Sometimes dull and gloomy days do affect our mood. But whatever it is, Linda, we care and pray for your depression to be lifted. Remember, Jesus love you!

ReplyDeleteI have no words of advice. Maybe just to remind you that the Black Dog is a liar. It seems so impossible to believe when you are down and he has you by the throat but it is all lies. Sending you love. xo

ReplyDeleteOh sweet Linda, I have prayed for you my friend. Prayers continued. You are precious and I just want you to know that DEPRESSION really stinks. I have family and friends that suffer. Prayers abounding. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

ReplyDeleteContinuing to send you good thoughts. Soon the weather will turn to Spring and that should help you a bit. Hugs. xx
ReplyDeleteBoth the wife and I have been struggling with many things, including the wet, dreary weather. We are both retired (Not to mention just plain old tired) and this kind of weather does not help. I walk as much as possible. The Spring flowers are beginning to bloom and that does help. Still praying for you every day.
ReplyDeleteWarm hugs and piles of blessings,
Jim
Thinking of you very fondly, dear Linda. XO
ReplyDeleteThinking of you, Linda, and praying that the darkness lifts soon.
ReplyDeleteLinda, I'm so sorry to read that you've been having a bad depression. I've been in the trenches myself and am just getting back around to blogging and checking in and around... anyways, I'm sorry and I'm thinking of you and hoping for you even as I try to whip my life into shape! Do what you need to do. There are many, many of us that will be here for ya no matter what :)
ReplyDeleteDear Linda,
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you are suffering.. I will keep you in my prayers.
You are such a kind person, I hate to even think you are feeling so down.. The darkness will pass, and you will find peace in your heart. This I am sure of.
Sending you a gentle hug
Penny
Have a good Health and God bless you, dear Linda! ♥
ReplyDeleteI think the weather affects ALL of us....!
ReplyDeleteWaking up of a morning, looking out the
window to a bright sunny, cheery day, makes
all the difference to waking up to a dreary
rainy day! :).
I always try to keep the mind positive, and
look out for happy, pleasant things, especially
things that make me chuckle! Half the battle l
think! :>).
May your weather be brighter, may you be better.

ReplyDeleteHi, my dear Montreal friend! I'm glad to see you have posted! We are still in our little hotel in Honolulu. It's been challenging to get on-line in the lobby area because people want to talk. Many of us are regulars from year to year. Love and hugs back to you. Now I'm going to catch your most recent post!
ReplyDeleteI just hope you will get the help you need, and that you will experience lots of good days, good moments and good friends too, even when it feels dark and difficult. What made me HAPPY was to see your beautiful "blue" winter image from Canada. Spring has arrived here in Stavanger / Norway now. It feels great! Have a good weekend and Happy Easter. Greetings from Gunn.
ReplyDeleteHere's to feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI really hope that you feeling much better now, Linda!
ReplyDeleteAnd it's great to see you more positive again! And posting!...
Better days will come!... It's Spring, now! It is the time of new beginnings...
All the best!
