Mid-Week Enjoyment
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! Just a reminder...my posts are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Thank you all so much! :) The videos I have selected for this post are:
Candid Camera Classic: Restaurant Grade Plunges
Can This Tank Pass Through Airport Security?
A Rare Look Inside Shanghai Tower
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Sometimes figuring out WHY something happened isn't nearly as important as the lesson you learn from it happening. - Mandy Hale
Practice to create lift...sitting in stillness attracts the heart's intuitive guidance. Make practicing stillness a primary practice before important decisions and choices.
The Shanghai Tower looks like really something. Is it an apartment building or a place of business? The Candid Camera skit was hilarious. Thanks for sharing Linda. You have a wonderful rest of your week!
Oh no!!! No towers for me! I've this phobia for heights. Last one I went to was Auckland Tower some years ago and I stayed as far away from the edge as possible. :D
The first video clip did not make ne laugh, friend L, as I haven't dared to eat out anymore at all ... cuz never know what is goin on in "eat out" kitchens ... been sick one 2 many times while eating out out ... the last pic by Raphael and the 2 kittens is precious ... thank U ... still owe U the book about Mother Theresa ... will send soon as I can, promise ... smiles ... it's just that I cannot let go of it just now ... U doin well, I trust ... Spring is here ... worrying about the Fort Mac fires goin on and on ... rain in the forecast ...welcome rain, but a lil 2 late ... anyway, just saying ... Love cat.
Good morning, the Candid Camera video was so funny. We should all adopt the pace of nature. Wonderful art images, I love the cow. Enjoy your day and week ahead!
We were always avid followers of Candid Camera in its first incarnation...great fun and not so crazy as later versions. Don't know about that tank, but it is beautiful. You couldn't get me up the Shanghai Tower for anything! I do not, do not like heights. My stomach starts to flip-flop just watching a video like that! And I really like the work of Ross Lynem! Your comments have been wonderful and I wish you a super Wednesday!
Hi, Linda! Lovely encouragement again! I especially like the sentiment regarding stillness. We never seem to be present in the still interludes of the day anymore. Life tries to dictate that we be more productive. But I feel more productive and successful by taking those precious moments throughout the day. Thanks again for brightening my days! Hugs, de
You find such great stuff Linda. I hadn't thought of Candid Camera in years, and I watched this and laughed just like I used to! (And almost forgot to come back and say thanks).
Hi Linda. Your blog is a great place to visit and get away from it all. I enjoyed the Candid Camera video and the others as well. Thank you for posting my paintings. If they cause a smile or two my job is complete. Blessings, always. Ross
Hi Linda, as always,I came finding great laughter and much to think on. That Candid Camera was great. Makes you think about unseen cameras that could be anywhere. "Oh be careful little mouth what you say" Ha! Always a joy to stop in for a visit. Blessings~
