Monday's Picks
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: The Black Fly Song - Wade Hemsworth
Eating Breakfast with Giraffes in Africa
Luigi and Oscar - Tonkinese Cat and African Grey Parrot Sharing a Drink of Milk
Funny Laughing Mynah Bird on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show - 1976
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. We don't use our faith to get rid of problems...we use it to remain calm in the midst of the problems.
Hi Linda, Gosh I really liked the clip on Giraffe Manor. And, though I don't have an actual bucket list, this is one thing I really would like to see. Thank you for sharing this clip.
Also, I laughed at the Johnny Carson one too. That was too funny... ha ha ha! LOL
Sending smiles, love and happy thoughts your way, Jenny xxoo
Thank you for having such inspiring thoughts! Some, I find very helpful. I am struggling on decisions making for I have lots of things to consider. -_- I think I need to take some break and breath.
Hi Linda! I think I read an article about those giraffes! I think it's a wonderful experience! I really love your showcase of inspirational quotes and memes!
Happy Monday, Linda! Lots of good stuff here again...giraffes are so funny, but they can spit in your eye...we had some at the Silver Springs Park and had to be careful if they got close. Plus the stank to high heaven!
Love the parrot and kitty and J. Carson. And really loved the artists you showcased...all three of them.
Have a wonderful week ahead! And thanks so much for your lovely comments - they mean a lot to me!
I like that Terry Runyon art -- especially the fish. johnny Carson was so good -- but I'm too old to stay up that late anymore, so I guess I can't say I miss him -- I wouldn't see him even if he was on!
That is so immensely - and wonderfully - true regarding the importance of being one's self. I've rarely fit into most molds and even less commonly, had any desire, to. I feel that I march to the beat of my own drum and love the joy and fun that doing so brings my way each day.
Many hugs & happy last week of July wishes, ♥ Jessica
Well that was a fun post Linda, I enjoyed it so much. How fantastic to eat breakfast, and maybe lunch 😃 with giraffes! Can so see why the photographer is drawn back there every year. The talking bird made me laugh, it's a little unnerving to hear birds speaking so clearly 😃
Awe... lots of goodies to look at today. Love the one about being rich and counting all the things that money can't buy! LOVE THIS! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Bonjour Linda, Tes posts font du bien. j'aime beaucoup le chat avec le perroquet. Ici en France en ce moment c'est difficile. Encore un drame aujourd'hui .... on se croirait en guerre. Bises et bonne fin de journée
