Monday Fun
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: Franzl Lang - Einen Jodler Hor i Gern (you do not have to understand German to appreciate this. I found this to be a lot of fun, a great yodeling song and Franzl Lang is a fantastic yodeler) What a happy song, with plenty of smiles. Enjoy! :)
Maine Coon and Cockatoo Buddies
The Joys of Country Life - Early 1900's
The Muppets - Life's a Happy Song
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Don't let the noise of the world cover the soft voice of the heart.
You can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage and tangled Christmas tree lights. - Maya Angelou
Linda, I liked the first video about Franzl Lang. It reminded me the song I've heard in Munich, Germany and people sitting at the long tables. The cat and parrot are funny too.
Hello, wonderful videos. I enjoyed the Cockatoo with the kitty and the inspiring quotes. The kitty art is pretty. Happy Monday, enjoy your new week ahead!
Love those Krasi kitties. And the Maine cat and cockatoo. Heck, I love everything about this post. There was one poster that really spoke to me today but I'm keeping which one a secret. :) Have a wonderful day and a great week!
I Loved Franzl Lang and will be yodelling for the rest of the day. Actually, I loved all the clips and images and feel much better for my visit to your Peaceful Place as I always do.
Really nice all that yodelling in the first video :-)))) The maincoon and the cockatoo is so sweet :-) The pictures of The Joys of Country Life is very special to see. The black / white is very beautiful display. The text spells are as usual very nice weather. Thank you. Kind regards, Helma

Dear Linda an excellent post. Just loved seeing the cockatoo and Maine Coon together. Fun seeing those old photos as well. Thank you for always posting something delightful. Hope you have a marvelous day. Hugs!
Very entertaining-- the yodeler was fantastic, and I loved the cat's body language as it began to get impatient with all the attention bestowed by the cockatoo. The old farm photos were excellent, and you curated a nice crop of pithy posters!
Hello Linda! Maine Coons are really beautiful breed of cats. It's such a sweet video with the cockatoo :) I agree with positivity. Positive thinking brings positive results or events :)
Hello Linda!:) I saw the videos with a smile on my face, the first one makes one feel happy, I really enjoyed the yodeler. It was just amazing to watch the interaction between the kitty and Cockatoo,.. how gentle they were with each other. I smiled at your reference to gulls, and the Mc Donalds birds. They catch on quickly where to find food don't they! Have a good week Linda, and thank you for a very entertaining post.:)
Your videos were lots of fun today, Linda! I'll take country life in the early 2000s, thank you kindly! That kitty-cat was pretty patient with that cockatoo ~ reminds me of my brother trying to get a rise out of me! But the biggest laugh of all goes to the Maya Angelou quote. That image of Christmas lights brought back fond memories of my father ~ who had a system for putting them away so they'd come out untangled the following year. thanks for the memories! Sending you big hugs and lots of love!
