Hello, Linda, have a happy weekend! This video about mosquitoes was very interesting, just like other videos ;). Beautiful quotes. Greetings!
ReplyDeleteI've no problem getting up in the morning even if I have to set the alarm and get up early but I would need forty winks in the afternoon and go to sleep early the following night.
ReplyDeleteI always get bitten by mosquitoes, so the video is true :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend, Linda!
I'm always responsible for how I act.
ReplyDeleteIt seems very difficult.
Greetings :)
Naked Bird, is beautiful to see, but also a little sad Linda. Have a nice weekend
ReplyDeleteThanks for your shares. Have a great weekend ahead!

Thank you for sharing these interesting videos and great quotes, Linda. I'm glad that the little birdie found someone who takes such good care of her.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
Interesting video about the sunfish and the naked bird. About the alarm clock, I find it hard to get up early to go to work because I couldn't get enough sleep. Now I find that I could easily wake up early.
ReplyDeleteCara Linda, oggi che il caldo ci soffoca stiamo sperando che piova.
ReplyDeleteCiao e buona giornata con un forte abbraccio e un sorriso:-)

What an intricate world in which we life. The seagull helping the sun fish is just one example. So sad about the little bird losing its feathers, but so nice that someone adopted it.
ReplyDeletela première vidéo est vraiment très belle Linda
ReplyDeletehave a nice weekend
Good morning, the sunfish on the first video is a weird looking fish. Thanks for sharing. I always enjoy your inspiring words.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday, enjoy your weekend!
Some great material here, Linda! Love the sunfish/seagulls video and the naked bird video! I know why mosquitoes bite me - I taste so good! Ha! And the posters: I related very much to the brain mental health one and the destination addiction! As for the worst thing I do in the morning? Well, that's easy. I get out of bed! Heh, heh. Have a super weekend and I so appreciated your comment on the gazebo shot!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these great sayings, so many very true and some that make me smile. Hope your weekend is a good one. Diane
ReplyDeleteBelle fin de semaine Linda et merci pour tous tes jolis posts
ReplyDelete'You are not born a winner. You are not born a loser. You are born a chooser....', every day again, we have to choose, Linda...
ReplyDeleteLoved the sleep one. I never use the snooze button. Makes no sense if you can sleep the extra 30 minutes without being bothered by the alarm.
ReplyDeleteMosquitoes love me and now I know why.
Have a fabulous day and weekend, Linda. Big hugs. ♥♥♥
Very interesting videos enjoy them all. Great quotes. Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend. Madeline
ReplyDeleteJ'ai aimé la vidéo sur les moustiques.
ReplyDeleteBisous
Found your mosquito video interesting. I believe their attraction to me has something to do with my blood pressure meds.
ReplyDeleteTout beau comme toujours chère Linda, superbe! Bise, bonne soirée tout en douceur!!
ReplyDeleteSome great quotes today, always thought provoking. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThanks for today's inspiration. John Lennon may be right :)
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend
I have a tendency for insomnia, and I battled it for years. I finally found a clock that allowed me to turn off the digital read, so if I woke up...I couldn't see the time! Helped me to go back to sleep, rather than, "ooh, it's 3:30! I only have 3-1/2 more hours..."
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely relaxing video of the fountain Linda...loved the quote about happiness - in fact I pinned it. So true. Thank you for a delightful post. Have a happy weekend. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteAmazed more and more by your so wonderful posts,
ReplyDeleteI'm sending blessings of joy on your coming weekend,
darling Linda, I cherish you !
XOXO Dany
:)
DeleteHere I thought I had sweet blood and that's why the mosquitoes liked me!!!! Very interesting and informative video! Since I live right by the water we have lots of gnats and mosquitoes! Wonderful quotes as well! Enjoy your weekend Linda!!!
ReplyDeleteThe mental health campaign one really speaks to me.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the great videos. I like it a lot.
ReplyDeleteThanks for another round of lovely quotes!
ReplyDeleteLos vídeos y pensamientos son muy bellos.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
Some wonderful videos here Linda. I'm always getting bit by mosquitoes and now I know why, I taste good :). I like John Lennon's quote.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend.
Hei Linda ! Ihana postaus, hienoja mietelauseita ja video
ReplyDeleteHyvää keskuun jatkoja Lämpimiä ajatuksia siulle Linda :)
Well now I know why mosquitoes bite some people!
ReplyDeleteThere are always interesting nature clips on your blog. Didn't know much about sunfish at all but I know more now.
ReplyDeleteMosquitoes used to bite me too, but after I had first child, they leave me alone :) ... Heart braking/ warming video of that naked lil fighter ... Wishing you a very good w/e, friend Linda ... Love, cat.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic, Linda! I loved the story about the sunfish. How interesting that they know where to go, and what to do, and that Nature has also imbued other critters with that specialized knowledge, so that everyone helps the other out. Wishing you a great week-end, Linda. xx
ReplyDeletewise quotes! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteVery inspiring quotes☺
ReplyDeleteplein de bons conseils Linda!
ReplyDeleteI liked the naked bird,
happy to see that many people loved her !
good weekend
Angie
Hi Linda and thank you for your visit to my blog. Yes, Cindy is a sweetheart and I was blessed to have her as my teacup giftee this past time. Wow...what a bunch of cool stuff you have shared here! Very interesting about those fish! Thanks for sharing all the great quotes too and have a blessed weekend!
ReplyDeleteLinda... I'm back home again with lots of material to blog about. I knew about the cleaner fish and the giant ocean sunfish but I'd never heard about the symbiotic relationship between fish and seagull. Very cool! Regarding the mosquitoes, I can now tell my wife that her odor is so appealing that its the reason that she draws those nasty little pests. (They don't like me much!) That naked parrot looks a lot better with its sweaters on... It's great that someone cared enough to provide the bird with a warm save home. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
ReplyDeleteWhen you fill your mind with positive thoughts, your life will start to change - I try it, it's very important, but sometimes seems very difficult :)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week :)
I was bitten by a dengue carrying mosquito two years back and ended up in hospital for a week! Such tiny creatures, such big power.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda: I just noticed your comment on Phil Slade's post about Sand Martins. We have the same species here in North Ameeica where we call it Bank Swallow. Why we choose a name different from the rest of the world I am not sure. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
ReplyDelete"Born a chooser." Wow! That's a good 'un ;o) Thanks Linda!
ReplyDeleteDear Linda - Bird without feathers is not quite new to me. I have seen a documentary of fast growing broiler chicken without feathers. I was shocked, as it was done for human convenience. On the other hand, Rhea’s news is so heartwarming. Rhea is so adorable. I’m happy for her that she has such a loving new mother. Hope she won’t suffer parasait or sunburn.
ReplyDeleteYoko
Hi Linda. That is very interesting about mozzies. Whenever we are on holiday, sometimes here in warm weather, Sue gets bitten a lot and me never, ever. Looks like we should stick to the wine though, so it's not all bad news.
ReplyDeleteHello dearest Linda, once more I'm amazed to see how you always find so inspiring and encouraging quotes. My motto for today will be: "You are not born a winner. You are not born a loser. You are born a chooser."
ReplyDeleteThank you and have a happy Sunday! xx
Wise words indeed. We are always responsible for our acts. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreetings from London.
Hi! I like the fountain video very much. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou always choose the most interesting videos Linda. I enjoyed them all but the sun fish one was fascinating and the featherless bird so incredibly sweet. Thank you my friend. A great post as always.
ReplyDeleteOh, this naked bird is so cute !! It looks very happy!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday !
Great Post! I love the Quotes. :)
ReplyDeletelovely Greetings
Hello Linda
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend has been good so far ...
Loved your video choices especially the fountain one, so relaxing.
Take care, sending my good wishes
All the best Jan
Thank you Linda! Loved this post! Hope you had a great weekend! Big Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love this one very much, Linda. It makes so much sense. ^.^
ReplyDeleteBeware of destination addiction...a preoccupation with the idea that happiness is in the next place, the next job and with the next partner. Until you give up the idea that happiness is somewhere else, it will never be where you are. - Robert Holden
Great videos, Linda. You do a great job of selecting them, my friend! The sunfish video was fascinating. It must be awful to be covered with parasites. And the featherless parrot was so cute in all its sweaters. I've never been a hit-the-snoozer-button person. I usually wake up before my alarm goes off, even now. My backup is Terry. If I fall back to sleep he'll wake me sooner or later, depending on how much sleep he thinks I need. From one fierce warrior to another, have a good one!
