I Love Nature

It's funny, ever since I got my camera in April of 2010 and began taking walks and photos, I noticed a couple of things.  One thing is that while I may tire of certain photographic topics (such as museums....not all, but some), there is one thing that I never tire of, and never tire of taking photos of...and that is nature!

In one of these photos you will see a cat.  I "met" this cat and his owner as they were walking in a nature park.  I thought the cat was so beautiful, and I really don't often see cats walking out with their owners here in the city, so I asked the lady if I could photograph her cat.  She gladly obliged.

I hope you enjoy my photos that I am sharing with you all today.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I really appreciate your responses to my posts, which you can always do by clicking on the 'comment' link at the end of my post.

  2. Don't know about your neck of the woods, but the geese are getting to be a bit of a problem in our area. I still enjoy them, though.

  3. The cat is so funny. It's unusual for a cat to take to a leash. Mine would always roll over and either try to pull the thing over his head or pretend to go asleep.

Love the ducks and that reflection is spectacular!

  6. I love that striped kitty on a leash. I have never been able to get a cat to walk on a leash. They just keep trying to get it off.

    1. Hi Janice, thanks so much. I will try and do this later on, like in the evening, as I find that is the best time where I can relax and focus. I appreciate your help! Now I can see why I didn't figure it out, there are many steps. However, once I get used to it, I will find it easier as I go along. Thanks again! As far as cats go, I have never taken any cats I had out on a leash. They always enjoyed viewing the birds and other things from the window in the safety of my apartment. LOL. :)
