Nature at its Best

Happy Friday everyone!  The video I have chosen for this post is a combination of piano, flute and beautiful nature.  The music is very nice and soft and the sounds and views of nature are just beautiful!  It is a short, 3 minute video.

I have figured out why I didn't recognize the flowers that I posted the other day as tulips.  I am used to seeing tulips in a more closed form...not as open as they were in the photos I took.  Thanks so much for identifying the flowers, and for your kind comments on my posts.

The photo I am sharing today is another closeup...sort of like the Canada goose photo I shared the other day, except this time it is of a horse.  Again, the horse seemed fascinated that I wanted to take its photo.  :)  You just need to click on the image to see a larger view.

Quotation:  Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.
- John Ruskin

Quotation:  A horse is the projection of peoples' dreams about themselves - strong, powerful, beautiful - and it has the capability of giving us escape from our mundane existence.
- Pam Brown

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  1. I love the horse photo! He looks like he's posing for you. I have always thought horses were so beautiful. I like the quotes, too, especially the one about the weather. We complain about the weather, but it's all good, really.

  19. Me hace gracia ese caballo sacando su cabeza para curiosear y posar para la cámara. Un abrazo,

It's funny that horse drawing his head to look around and pose for the camera. A hug,
