A Post to Soothe and Relax You

Hello everyone!  Welcome!  The video I have chosen for this post is less than two minutes in length...and depicts a soothing pond and forest greenery, accompanied with soothing, gentle music.  Enjoy!

The photos I am sharing today are ones I took on a walk a couple of days ago.  I do not know what they are, but I found them just lovely!  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Quote:  Routines may include taking a warm bath or a relaxing walk in the evening, or practicing meditation/relaxation exercises.  Psychologically, the completion of such a practice tells your mind and body that the day's work is over and you are free to relax and sleep.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

The first plant is a Hibiscus, the second is a Coleus (I love these old plants), and the third I believe is a Sumac, but could be wrong on this one. Great shots!

  25. The thing about routine is so true. My daughter does that with her eleven month old son. She read that the routine will help them know that it's almost time to sleep.
