Linda, we do think alike! I find great comfort in nature and with animals, too. That pond setting looks so peaceful. I really enjoy places like that. Thank you for taking us along on your nature walks!
ReplyDeletethanks, linda, for sharing your ways of how to cope with a struggle that many others would also face. i hope you'll continue to find comfort, strength and positive vibes in the people you meet and the places you visit =)
ReplyDeleteYou are blessed to live in such a pretty area! You find the BEST videos!!
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm another who finds peace in nature. You may have heard of a study a few years ago that showed that humans have an actual NEED of spending time with nature. Not surprising, I think, when you consider that God originally put man in a garden.
ReplyDeleteIn nature you can completely relax Linda, we all needed that sometimes. A nice video of the dolphins and Seal
ReplyDeleteI have just connected here from another blog-what an interesting post, I actually follow TFB who is teaching me a lot about her life, I so appreciate those of you who share your extraordinary lives with us..helps me understand friends and family who experience these same difficulties, so Thank You.
ReplyDeleteIt's really amazing what nature does for us isn't it? I always find an escape in nature whenever I'm having a lot of stress. I hope you have a good Fourth my friend.
ReplyDeleteLovely video Linda what can I say about these Beautiful creatures, Nature is just wonderful.
ReplyDeleteHello Linda, thank you for this post that gives relaxing few minutes
ReplyDeleterillasante, good afternoon.
Hi Linda,
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to meet you. You left a comment on my blog recently and then I recognized you from another blog!
Looks like we have something in common. I do not suffer with, but struggle with depression (and anxiety with agoraphobia) as well. I love how you put that ;) It is very true...I have had this for my entire life and have learned a few things in order to keep it under control so that it does not completely take over my life.
I love my life, and God has been good to provide the people and things in nature to help me live a productive and joyful existence in spite of the limitations of these disorders.
I have found that my loved ones and God's amazing creation are the only medicine that I need!
I am gonna spend some time reading your blog now so that I can get to know you a bit better ;) I love meeting new friends!
~Blessings, Lisa

'You always bring your ouwn sunshine', Linda, on your blog, for us... !
ReplyDeleteLie(f)s.
I always leave your blog feeling my day is brighter my friend: thank you!
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy your pictures, they make me smile.
ReplyDeleteThere are so many delightful creatures to be found both under the water and on it!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, love the quotes you shared...so nice to "meet you"
ReplyDeleteI saw this amazing clip on a TV documentary a short while ago. Seals, sea lions and dolphins are the most amazing creatures.
ReplyDeleteLove Aristotle's quote.
You are dealing with this in such a good way. It just makes us worse to stay in and shut the drapes. Going out into nature and on the computer is awesome!
ReplyDeleteBoth pics and film show Nature at its best.
ReplyDeleteLove your sunshine quote - this is one of my favourites too! Always a pleasure to share in your blog - thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a positive way of dealing with this Linda. They say we are our own best advocate and in your case this is so true. Nature is, for me, such a source of peace and happiness.
ReplyDeletePoint well taken. I think my reason for blogging are very similar...:)
ReplyDeleteI admire your outlook about your depression and the videos and photo's you share. I never go away with out a smile.
ReplyDeleteI think we all struggle with something but I think you make a strong point when you say 'it doesn't have me'. That's a very positive frame of mind to have.
ReplyDeleteWow. Sometimes all a seal needs is a little friendly nudge.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get to see the video this time since the computer isn't wanting to play it. I like the quote about bringing your own sunshine!
