Delightful portraits in yellow my friend! I've heard of people having storms...seems a million miles away to us...high eighties and nineties and clear as a bell.
ReplyDeleteawesome flowers
ReplyDeleteSo your yard is alright? I love the lilies, they look like they were dipped in butter!
ReplyDeleteMuito obrigada é lindo.
ReplyDeleteabraços
That rain was so welcome! The damage was not, but can be repaired.
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteAloha
trenger litt regn her ... ha en riktig god søndag !
ReplyDeleteGlad the storm didn't do you personally any damage and that the welcome rain arrived. I like that Ruskin quote. I have heard it before but I never really believe it, espedially when high winds are doing damage!
ReplyDeleteThe sunshine colour of these flowers - so joyous!
ReplyDeleteWhat happy-looking flowers! Yellow is such a joyful color. Glad you got some much-needed rain!
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like rather scary weather, but I guess there are precautions that you're taking, so here's hoping things return to a calm, normal state soon!
ReplyDeleteI was glad for the rain here on Friday night. There was thunder and lightening, but the storm didn't hit with the severity that would cause any destruction, at least not in this area.
ReplyDeleteYour series of yellow flowers is lovely.
Welcome rain! I particularly like the rain, and the pictures are beautiful. Nice pictures of flowers, Linda! A kiss
ReplyDeleteOops, Linda... thunder, lightening, damage... and the flowers looks so sunny...
ReplyDeleteLie(f)s.
There's nothing like rain – in sound, sight and sound. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteMe gustan los colores amarillos y verdes entremezclados en esas fotografías. Un abrazo,
ReplyDeleteDear Linda - love the piano music...such a soothing piece. So glad you were okay in the storm. We had a tornado come through our area too. God was good and we didn't have any trees come down on the house. Lost one in the yard but over all so blessed. Love those buttery yellow flowers. So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNice relaxing music right enough Linda, I was away on a cloud.
ReplyDeleteI was awakened however by the rain, thunder and lightening that's arrived today. The rain is much needed and most welcome however.
