beautiful shots, such a cute little guy, he looks like he is going to offer you a nut. Lovely seagulls, did you dip your toes...
ReplyDeletecute squirrel
ReplyDeleteI wish I could walk like you do, it is so good for your health! But we have no place to walk that is this beautiful...
ReplyDeleteI had heard about the geese before and think of it often when I see the geese where I walk.
ReplyDeleteWe have our walking in common. I too take my camera with me each morning when I go walking. : ) Too bad we live so far apart. It would be nice to take a walk with you. : )
Sometimes I see geese, Linda. I think I will remember the lessons. We (on our blogs) can support each other with even only a word...
ReplyDeleteI love your squirrels ! You know it !
Lie(f)s.
kjempe bra video og dine bilder er søte.
ReplyDeleteLooking through your blog, it looks like you have some very beautiful places to walk. I enjoy wildlife, too, but I don't have a camera that does it justice, so I focus more on the flora. Love the little kitty a few posts back!
ReplyDeleteMe encantan las ardillas. En ocasiones cuando salgo a la montaña en otoño suelo encontrarlas pero son difíciles de ver en su ambiente natural. un abrazo,
ReplyDeleteThe seagull in the final pic looks very relaxed there on the dock, and what a very obliging squirrel!
ReplyDeleteAll wonderful Linda, good for you on your walking. I am unable to walk in humidity, but I do love a good walk with nature all around me.
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel really does look like he's really posing for you! And wonderful lessons from the geese. :-)
ReplyDeleteI watched the video on the geese – beautiful pictures and so true. My husband always looks up when geese fly by – we can hear them from a distance. Your sea gulls are very pretty – I wish we had some close by.
ReplyDeleteI commend you on your commitment to walking. My walking is more sporadic, which is not ideal. I need to do better at that. Your photos are always lovely. I especially enjoyed the squirrel today.
ReplyDeleteAw, I LOVE squirrels! I try to forget they are just rodents with tails!
ReplyDeletethanks for the video. there really is so much we can learn by pausing and observing nature at work =) it's nice to hear that you take your walks so regularly. i don't get the chance to walk much, as it's very hot and humid all the time here. love the photo of the cute, curious squirrel! :D
ReplyDeleteLovely are your photos!
ReplyDeleteGreetings from, RW & SK
I like the Lao Tzu quote - I'm going to pinch it for my wife's counselling site - thanks, Linda.
ReplyDeleteThe squirrel looks quite playful.
ReplyDeleteI used to walk regularly but have kind of gotten away from it. I think I need to start again. LOVE the squirrel by the way. Also, I found a way of bypassing Blogger's limit on how many blogs one can follow, so I am now finally following your blog :)
ReplyDeleteNice find of the video! have a nice day to walk, Indeed..
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post, Linda, so full of wisdom. The Lesson of the Geese, and words of Lao Tzu, were both truly inspiring. And your photos are so sweet... I love watching squirrels, too. Wishing you a lovely week ahead.
ReplyDeleteLynn says the little guy looks like he's going to offer you a nut. In my experience it's more about stopping you getting to them.
ReplyDeleteI love the geese. Every March here in Dumfries and Galloway there's a Wild Goose Chase with folk identifying different species. Sometimes the sky is absolutely full with migrating flocks.
I like all of your pictures a lot but love the ones with the water. It is so blue and pretty! You are correct about the video. It has some excellent teaching in it.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice you take time to walk. I think having your camera makes it more fun and fun for us:) I think the little critters are getting use to you. The geese video is amazing...a lot of life lessons in it.
