Hi again, dear Linda, and Merry Christmas to you! I just returned from a visit to North Carolina but was quite a distance away from "Mayberry" - Mount Airy. Maybe next time I go up that way I can visit Andy's birthplace. Potato recipes are always of interest to me and I thank you for posting that delightful roast potato clip. I agree with the message that reminds us that Christmas is more than what you buy, give and receive. It is a spirit that inspires good deeds throughout the year.
