ReplyDeleteThe Dear Kitten ads are so sweet. The Trannsylvanian music I like, it sounds a bit Jewish to me.
ReplyDeleteThe bad attitude is a good one.

Great philosophy, I especially like the "changing the "tire" piece, I guess that is why we sometimes get "tired"! :)

Came, purred and conquered. That's exactly what my boys did!
ReplyDeleteFunny gag, Linda !
ReplyDeleteHi, dear Linda! I loved the video with the cat, kitten and puppy. The short film promoting Friskies cat food is an example of what is being called the future of advertising. The narrator of the piece sounds a lot like Baz Luhrmann. I never heard Hungarian folk music before. I wonder if that band knows "Transylvania 6-5000." :) Herb Alpert's "Spanish Flea" was a hit instrumental when I was young and, being the game show fan that you are, you probably know that it was used as the "Bachelors Theme" to introduce the eligible young men on The Dating Game.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the fun and laughs, dear friend Linda!
Visiting from my phone and can only upload the quotes, but they are beautiful; )

ReplyDeleteSpanish Flea - Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass, very popular in its days. Here, many radio stations use this as their signature tune for their programmes on air.
ReplyDelete"it came, it purred, it conquered"... haha...really made me laugh! :D
ReplyDeleteIt came, it purred, it conquered. Just too true!
ReplyDeleteLoved, loved the gag, Linda ~ and of course, Princess Sassy Pants! Have a good one!
ReplyDeleteThe women dancing in the Spanish Flea are likely all grandmothers now. I wonder if their grandchildren think it is cool?
