Wonder Filled Weekend
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: This Chunky Scooter Will Make You Feel Like a Kid Again
Scared Chipmunk Stuck in Truck Hitch Rescued by Patient Guy
Dogs Chained Up to Fight Thank Policeman for Rescuing Them
How to Fall Back Asleep in the Middle of the Night
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. The best things in life are free! Love, hugs, laughter, smiles, friends, family and positive memories!
Make time for the "I love you," the "I appreciate you," the hugs, and stretch out all the good moments. Leave no room for regrets of a kind word left unsaid. Say them daily.
"The best things in life are free! Love, hugs, laughter, smiles, friends, family and positive memories!" I most certainly agree. Treasure them, cherish them always!
Linda, At this stage and age of my life, my balance isn't sure enough to use one of those electric scooters but they do look like fun. How in the heck did that chipmunk get stuck in the trailer hitch?! He was lucky that he was rescued... The story about the fighting dogs was sad. Many of them will not be successfully rehabilitated and they will have to be put down. At least there is hope for some after months of rehab... Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Hello Linda, happy Friday! I particularly liked the quote 'We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone', I think if we can help someone each day it can go to making our world a better place to live in ...
I had even thought about suggesting that you cross illegally into the US, because then you'd get all the benefits from the US that the people crossing illegally into Canada receive. It seems to be a worldwide problem.
Hi Linda, my favorite quote today is "We are mirrors to each other. We show each other things we couldn't see on our own." The stuck chipmunk was interesting and lucky for him a good samaritan came to the rescue. Have a wonderful weekend.
You have provided much food for thought in this post, Linda. Merci! And the videos were a delight, especially the chipmunk one. Thanks for your kind words. Things are getting a bit dicey here now...it's quite stormy with lots of wind and rain but nothing like southern Florida. We'll get some strong winds overnight but I think we'll come out of it OK.
Please do not be shy! I appreciate your kind comments, they are sweet treasures and really make my day! Spammers, do not waste your time, I delete your comments and they do not even show on my blog.
