Mid-Week Stress Buster and Tetley Ayurvedic Balance Teas

Hello everyone!  A very warm welcome to you all!
I don't know if any of you have ever tried Tetley Ayurvedic Balance teas, but they are tasty and therapeutic, as per my experience!  They are in a round canister and there are different flavours for whatever you need a lift or calming effect.  I am providing a link so that you can see what they look like, the different types.  :)  Tetley Teas  I have tried all three flavours that are mentioned in the above link, and I have to say that they are fantastic!  :) You just need to click on the image of each flavour and it will tell you about it.  You will see a "learn more" button when you hover your mouse beneath each image.

The videos I have selected for this post are:

Tangled Baby Blue Heron Rescued by Patient Guy

Kitten Therapy - The Prescription for Stress

Relaxing Garden in Italy - Zenitude Experience

Sheep and the City - Nashville's Urban Shepherd

For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Lovely quotes again, dearest Linda; perhaps the one of "cell phones" was the funniest.

  6. Good day Linda, lovely set. I hope things are going well for you. There is a winter chill in the air here in Maine. Brrrr! Heat is on in the early morning hours. I wish you a beautiful day.

  11. So interesting about the sheep. I don't think I've ever seen them used in this way before, but it makes sense. The "Bee Witched" by Peadoodles is cute, too.

  13. Tetley Teas are really fine, camomile is my favourite. It’s nearly midnight in my place, this tea with Italian Relaxing garden is just the thing. And what a coincidence! I’ve just published a post on cats-dogs and what we learn from them.

  21. The one about cell phones is funny. And so true. Everywhere you go people have their cell phones out. Crazy. We used to go for rides or walks just to get away from the phone. Now people are on the phone when on a walk or ride! I think, like alcoholism, cellphoneism will be labeled a disease pretty soon. :)

  26. Hi, Linda! I'm easing back into visiting blogs after a week off from doing so. I've been so buried. You cross my mind a lot. I was especially thinking of you as I made dinner last night, because I used your recipe for cooking a chicken in a crock pot without liquid. It's my go to recipe for cooking a whole chicken now. Compassion, empathy, kindness: what important human qualities your post highlights today. Have a good one, my special Montreal friend!

  28. Back again after reading through your posts that I fell behind on ~ So much inspiration and food for thought! What really stuck out was the quote: "Not all wounds are obvious. Walk gently in the lives of others." Great words to live by! Also the Indian proverb about the house with four rooms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ~ I definitely need to work on more balance! And thanks for the reminders to rest! I'm so bad at that ~ always struggling with guilt.

Most important of all, I'm glad and excited that a volunteer is going to drive you around tomorrow to look for places to rent! I wish you luck on finding something tomorrow, and if not, very soon!

    Sending you love and hugs!

  29. Oh yes definitely be grateful that you have a glass and that there is something in it.. Beautiful sayings once again. Re tea the only tea that we both drink is ginger and lemon :-))
    Take care Diane

  30. I could use some "kitten therapy" today! :)

  31. Hello Linda, I liked the quote on waiting in line. I get so impatient when there's a loooong line in front of me. I'll have to remember this quote. I've never tried the Tetley Teas. My blog friend is going to send me some turmeric tea, which I've never had either. I like that "character" quote and that sweet lion's paw. : )

Wishing you sweet October days, Linda.

  34. Remarkably green and lush for an Italian garden. Must be the lake providing a cool bubble of atmosphere against the summer heat.

  35. I have great respect for ayurvedic medicine. However, I'm a coffee drinker not a tea one. I believe the sort of coffee I drink absorbs salt and other stuff in our body that is not so good for us.

I quite agree with the quote about one moment of patience saving many moments of regret.

  36. Hi Linda,
It's nice to see that there are still people who help animals like this kman with the little blue heron :-) Cat therapy would be good to me too ..... Beautiful garden in Italy and there I would want to bivac :-)))
    Beautiful textual expressions.
    Regards, Helma
