Hummingbirds have no sense of smell (just good eyesight).
Where there is much desire to learn, there of necessity will be much arguing, much writing, many opinions; for opinion in good men is but knowledge in the making. - John Milton
Hello Linda, I always look forward to your Monday shares. I wonder what makes the little bird feed the fish. I do hope she doesn’t think they are all her babies – she will be there forever! I’ve just watched it repeatedly, fascinating. The pottery leaves took me back to my school days where we did exactly that in art classes. I had forgotten all about it until visiting you today. Have a lovely week, hugs Barbara
Good Morning Linda. You know, I'm not a great lover of cats and when I saw that Sphynx cats, I thought it looked a bit scary. Can't explain it I'm afraid. Maybe I was scared by a cat when very young?
Pottery made with leaves, looks like fun and the pottery is beautiful. I enjoyed reading the inspirational quotes. Have a wonderful Monday Linda and thank you.
Hello, wonderful video. The bird feeding the fish is amazing. Love the hummingbird. All animals are good therapy for people. Happy Monday and enjoy your new week ahead.
Oh, my Dearest, thank you for another so wonderful, outstanding post of yours, you never fail to win my heart both with the videos and the quotes you share !
Wishing you a most lovely Monday and new week ahead, with sincere gratitude
These videos are wonderful, especially the one with the bird feeding the koi and the orangutan playing with the young man! It would appear that the animals we tend to think are not very smart and don't have real feelings are much the same as we are with the same needs and desires and feelings.
So many great posters too...the one about forgiving oneself was just what I needed to see today.
That’s the cutest video of the bird feeding the fish. The leaf pottery is beautiful and that lady very creative and talented. I have always loved orangutans, even more now I saw this video, if that’s possible :) Fascinating connection between sunshine and smiling. You find the most interesting videos. The facts about the hummingbird and the cat, fascinating. And always enjoy the wise words, read them and then I think about them. Great post as always Linda, have a great week :)
Funny video, the one with the orangutan! As for the quote with the two principles for a happy life, I will say this : there's nothing wrong with loving things, but it's all wrong using people.
Aha! A Cardinal, those have special meaning to me. Loved the way he feeds the fish...Isn't it great the animals on these videos how they interact? It's fascinating. That Orangutan is adorable too, what a personality!
The leaf bowls are beautiful, she makes it look so easy!
The video on the power of sunshine is very good, my daughter, Michelle and I were talking about the need for vitamin D to fight against depression, she has had to take D3 supplements even via her nutritionist.
Your quotes are very, very timely. Fantastic. I loved them.
I hope you are doing well and please know I have been praying about your home situation. So glad to see your Monday post! It really brings a smile to my face, and know your pleasant attitude is so contagious and that is a Blessing!
Is it your Thanksgiving in Canada now? Happy holiday to you! I loved that video of the Orangutan. How amazing is that? And loving people, that's always the way to go. God bless, Ceil
Linda, There is nothing so pitiful looking than a juvenile cardinal! We marvel at their ugliness in their early months and then we marvel at their beauty when they mature. I will admit that I've never seen a bird feeding a fish though...
We actually have a "leaf" candy dish. Love that orangutan trading items or just playing catch with the human! Sunshine...those days when almost everyone is in a better mood! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
You were celebrating Thanksgiving in Canada weren't you? Happy Day to all our neighbors! You have such wonderful shares. I have been missing for a bit. Arguing with my two blogs trying to make sense of why one works and one won't! I may or may not have figured it all out! Enjoying the smiles here and everywhere today. Thank you. ENnoy a wonderful week and thanks for all of this .
Hello Linda! The video Pottery Made with Leaves makes me to think to do the same pottery! Another one of Orangutan is amazing: two Russian men tried to feed him and Orangutan fed them too. Thank you!
