Friday Fulfillment and a New Poll!
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have added a new poll, asking you what your favourite season is, and I apologize, as I made an error on the poll, you can only vote for one, so please pick your absolute favourite! If you have not yet voted in my flu vaccine poll I would also appreciate your response to that one. You will always find my polls at the upper right hand column of my blog! Thank you so much for taking the time to vote in my polls. :) The videos I have chosen for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Perspective and Humor - Motivational Speaker Karyn Buxman
Travel Hacks - The Low Down
Britain's Biggest Dog
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Dance! Even if the only music is the rhythm of your own heart!
Nothing can hurt you more than your unobserved thoughts. The moment you become aware of an abusive thought, you are free from it, you become the light that is aware of the thought, you are no longer one with it.
It's impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all - in which case, you fail by default. - J.K. Rowling
That was a funny gag! I really got a good laugh. The travel tips were ok, but if you need to take a photo of your room number to remember it, you might have bigger problems.
Porta-pottie, Policeman, Montreal? Run! A gag camera can't be far away! LOL! I needed a good laugh tonight, Linda, and I knew right where to go to get a big smile. I used to love skipping! I love the cat art by Raphael Vavasseur Art that you have been posting. Have a happy Friday, Linda!
It's autumn all the way for me! I waffle back and forth between winter and summer as my second favourite. I love spring, too (there isn't a season I don't adore), but it's so very short lived usually in this country that in some ways I don't feel like I know it as well as the other three.
Wishing you a joyful, awesome October, dear Linda! ♥ Jessica
Wow, the dogs are real giants. Too big for me to handle! I voted for spring because that is when the plants are doing well and the flowers are in full bloom.
Happy Friday Linda, I love the Henry Ford quote 'When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it'... it reminds me everything is possible. xox
Fall is my favorite season and then Summer... Winter is my least favorite xox
Now I know where cops learned to jump through hoops! Motivational speakers I can do without. You may have heard the Wayne Dyer died the other day. He got into a lot of trouble 35-40 years ago but something wiggled his way out of it and went to to rake in big bucks conning his audiences. The problem with these motivational speakers is that there's just enough truth in what they say that even the less gullible are taken in.
Bises
Thanks for sharing these great videos and quotes with us. That is one large dog. I enjoy all seasons . Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend. Madeline
Oh my, I couldn't stop laughing about the cops jumping rope. Wouldn't it be fantastic if they really would do such a thing? Eat less sugar, you're sweet enough. I agree and so am I. Ha,ha,ha. Have a great Friday my friend. See ya.
Nice post! Lots of good information and quotes. I love all the12 foods...! I was touched by the quote from JK Rolling. That dog! Almost bigger as an adult horse.
