Saturday Sunshine
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Who Knew Kittens and Skunks Made such Good Friends? Too Cute!

What is Alzheimer's Disease? (if you or someone you know lives with Alzheimer's, I found this to be a very informative video). If nothing else, I hope that this video helps all who see it to never take our memories for granted. I have visited my friend's mother, who has Alzheimer's, and is 91, and I think she is doing better than a couple of the people who live in the hospice with her, and who are younger. There is one lady who can't even remember things that happened just an hour ago. It is very sad. Let us appreciate our memory and be kind and patient with those who have Alzheimer's.
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. If I died tonight, I think I would like to come back as your morning coffee. Just as strong. And just as necessary. - Tyler Knott Gregson
If we could look into each others' hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us face, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance and care. - Marvin J. Aston
Pineapple juice is 500% more effective at helping you to stop coughing than cough syrup is. Fresh pineapples contain a substance know as Bromelain; a specific type of enzyme that has anti-inflammatory characteristics which can combat infections and eradicate bacteria.
baby skunks and kittens would sound like an unlikely friendship indeed :D we don't have seasons in kuala lumpur. but i voted for springtime cos i like the sense of optimism and promise that's associated with spring :)
Hello Linda, Oh my god, what a terrible movie at the first of the crushed baby. I think everyone should be shocked to see in real. But it's funny to see the reaction of the people. So everything comes well. Pfff..!!
Glove the kittens and skunk video! Soooo cute! I didn't know pineapple juice had such benefit. I love the idea of more natural solution rather than taking medicine. Happy weekend!
That morning coffee quote is so touching...almost brought a tear to my eye! I love the Healthy Place one too...I think we all long to be found at some time in our lives...:)
Where to start, Linda! So much that is inspiring today, starting with a big laugh at those bad gagsters ~ nothing is sacred! LOL And of course the skunk and kitty. My dad had a pet skunk named Sam when he was a kid and a stuffed toy skunk named Sam throughout his life. I always love the Bolivian pipes. Did not watch the rat in the toilet though ~ I do not want to know! Many inspiring words! Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi Linda. There's something quite haunting and beautiful about those apparently simple South American flutes. Each year when we visit Lanzarote Spain there are Colombian people who work the street markets with their music. It is wonderful to see, hear and watch such authentic music.
Excellent post as always Linda. The Bolivian Pan flute player is AMAZING!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful music ...love it and I'll probably listen to it again!!! It's playing as I'm typing!!!
Love those animals, but I'll pass on the rat in the toilet (yuck). Really nice collection today, Linda. The music & quotes were really beautiful. Thank you!
Hi Linda, I enjoyed watching your videos. The one about Alzheimer's Disease was quite a good one for all of us to see. My husband's brother passed away of this horrible disease this past summer. I hope you have a lovely weekend. ♥
En la enfermedad de Alzheirmer quizás no recuerden en ocasiones lo que paso hace unos minutos pero en ocasiones lo que hicieron en la juventud. Lo se por mi madre también tienen instantes lucidos.
The Bolivian pan flute player is amazing! The Alzheimer video was educational. I'm praying there will be cure in near future. There are many nice quotes, especially the one...'Be a nice human' Thanks Linda.
