Sunday Solace
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: A Just for Laughs Gag/Juste pour Rire
Shrew vs Chipmunk
Ibis Belfast Queens Quarter
Welsh Folk Dance - "Jac Y Do"
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let the dead things go.
Hi Linda, I like the Shrew vs Chipmunk video and Welsh Folks dance very much. We should be busy being good and not busy trying to prove we are good. Have a blessed Sunday!
The video "Shrew vs Chipmonk" is precious, L ... had both in my old house competing for food a few years back ... happy Winter ... smiles ... Love, cat.
Well, now I know not to let anyone point a bellows at me! Yikes! I also know that if I ever get to Belfast, I'll have to look up the Ibis hotel. Lots of good quotes this morning, too. I'm going to stop dancing with the devil!
Oh my. The last guy in that gag...how funny. Interesting watching the chipmunk and the shrew. Amazing how fast both those little critters are. And I love the thought: "Be a good person, but don't waste your time trying to prove it."
Dear Linda what a wonderful visit - your videos and quotes always leave me smiling. Loved the one about anger...so much wisdom in that one my friend. Thank you for a lovely Sunday's Solace. Hugs
That shrew was such a beautiful shade of grey! I also appreciated the quote about the fall leaves and letting dead things go.... I'm hauling around so many corpses you'd think I was an understaffed mortuary.
Wow, what a great collection of videos and images. Thanks so much Linda for your time in finding and putting all this together to share with us! Have a great week ahead!
What a precious moment is this for me, my sweetest, when I'm here, visiting you, nobody have to disturb me {{smiles}} !! Sending blessings on your start of the week, dearest Linda, with love and tender, oh so tender hugs Dany

ReplyDeleteThat was a pretty mellow (well-fed?) shrew. I have seen them make a cat back down. They can be nasty, loud and ferocious.
