Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have selected for this post are: The Sound of the Cosmic Purr - Meow Meditations for Cats
Veterans Use Relaxation to Heal PTSD

Soothe Anxiety, Alleviate Arthritis and Lose Weight - 10 Types of Tea that Treat Disease
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. To live happily is an inward power of the soul.
Great videos especially using relaxation to help heal PTSP. I love music and some traditional music helps to soothe and bring healing too. Thank you for sharing these wonderful videos. Have a lovely weekend, Linda!
Hello, Linda! Wonderful videos and quotes. I enjoyed the flute and flower video. I always hope you have a good day. Happy Friday, enjoy your day and weekend!
Good morning, Linda! Your videos are really timely for the end of a hectic week. Enjoyed all! Wonderful quotes, too. I especially like the quote by Les Brown. Thank you for another great post. Have a safely, happy weekend, my friend!
Lots of wonderful items here to help soothe the inner being and I need that these days so thank you. I may use the cat video when our two sisters begin to get rowdy! :)
Linda, If I could only purrrrrrr... I had my wife scratch me behind my ears but it didn't work. (FYI...She mimics a perfect purr!) Those blossoms were beautiful...spring has sprung here in East Tennessee. Barlett pear, red buds, cherry and dogwood trees have all bloomed along with many types of flowers. I liked the bit about winners taking responsibility and losers failing to do so. How about one CEO that I worked for who took our company down while blaming everyone but himself...and then walked away with over $20 million? I doubt that he felt like he was a loser...even though his staff had a different opinion. I will say that my best bosses during my career did take responsibility for their mistakes. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Hello Linda! Very neat relaxation program for our vets, that's great and I'm sure it truly helps them relax and recover from the horrible traumas. God bless these brave folks.
These are all great quotes, the one from Chuck Swindoll is so true. I just listened to him on the radio this morning! : )
Although I am a coffee drinker, I often drink a glass of green tea as it has a cleansing effect on the body. Indeed, everyday is a good day to count our blessings, and be grateful for them.
Hi Linda, it is really determination and courage to get over illness just how the veterans try to overcome PTSD. I changed my blog address to https:// www.chicdelights.blogspot.com. Have a wonderful weekend.
Hello dear Linda, I hope your weekend is going well. We are enjoying some lovely weather here in the UK and it has been lovely to get out in the warmer sunshine. I am making the most of it because I think next week may be cooler again. It is only April.
I love the words "Beauty isn't about having a pretty face. It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart, and most importantly, a beautiful soul."
Wonderful selections as always Linda, thank you. I hope you are enjoying a relaxing weekend. I'm counting my blessings today and must remember to do it every day. x
Each of these quotes would provide a firm foundation for a fruitful meditation practice. One of them says exactly what I hope to say to you, dear Linda: May your week be filled with good thoughts, good people and happy moments! Big hugs! <3
Hi Linda! How my heart goes out to those veterans who are so scarred by their war experiences. They are changed for a lifetime because of what they have been through. I really hope that Yoga helps them with their depression symptoms. What a great idea. I loved the meme about missing joy because I'm too busy living with my fears. I can do that sometimes, and I don't know why...it sure isn't fun. I have to remember that quote! Blessings, Ceil
Hi, Linda! I could listen to those kitties purring all night. My kitty friend Angel died while I was in Hawaii. It was hard to lose her. She had the most beautiful purr. She belonged to my friend Kathi who is a healing touch masseuse. Angel would always run to greet me, then hop up on the massage table and curl up by my face and purr. I will miss her after knowing her most of her 17 year old life. Have a lovely day tomorrow! Love and hugs to you!
