Monday Encouragement and My Family Search
Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! I have mentioned in a past post that I am looking for some cousins...well, I have great news. I, with the help of another cousin, have managed to locate four of my cousins, all siblings and children of my mother's youngest sister. I have just one cousin left to find. Please see the right hand column of my blog for details, his name is Ian Dunbar (and he is NOT the famous veterinarian who has written books...you will find details about my cousin by clicking on the link about Ian Dunbar there). Thank you all so much! :) The videos I have selected for this post are: Pit Bull and Guinea Pigs are Best Friends
How to Make Banana Tea - Relaxation tea!
Balada par Adelina - Richard Clayderman
Rescued Cobra Drinks Water from Bottle
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. The best thing to do with the best things in life is to give them up.
Your thoughts and emotions are like a waterfall, pouring over you, crushing you, preventing you to see anything clearly. Imagine stepping away from the waterfall and gently observing it without judgment. In that moment you can enjoy the beautiful view, while released from the weight of the pouring water.
Absolutely and always loved the Clayderman video, friend Linda ... Still do have a vinyl record of his music ... and the Raphael V pic of the curled up cat with the star on top is just priceless ... as is all the rest of your blog as it is a vital staple in my life ... Thank you. Love you, cat.
I'm glad about your genealogical good news.I've gone through this process , so I know how hard but exciting it all is. Hopefully, your newly found cousins will appreciate your efforts and consider you real family.
Richard Clayderman is a great favorite of mine; His musical choices and playing are divine.
Very odd saying the one with the best things in life.
Bonjour Linda, je ne reçois toujours pas tes news, est-ce que tu pourrais me désabonner pour que je m'abonne à nouveau car j'aimerais bien les recevoir!!! Bisou, bon lundi tout en douceur!
Hello sweet woman!!! first i want to thank you for beeing just you!!soo kind and nice:))
Ilove your quotes today and for me.specially this one..today..is just great "Over time it becomes clear that some people simply aren't worth stressing over"
I wish you a very nice day and much warmth from me
Hi Linda! I'm so excited for your family search, and what great news you have! I hope you will find your last remaining person soon. That sign about it's too cold to change it really made me LOL!! Blessings, Ceil
Good morning, Linda! So happy you're connecting with lost family members! Family makes your life so much richer. Wonderful collection today. Animals, beautiful music & artwork, banana tea (will try that soon) - all put a big smile on my face. Thank you, friend!!
Glad you found the cousins. Hope you find the other one soon. Enjoyed the videos and all the quotes and the art. Have a blessed day and a wonderful week. Madeline
It's wonderful that you have found so many "new" cousins, dear Linda! Lovely post, as always, even though I must say I didn't understand the saying about the best things in life. The sleeping kitty with a star looks enchanting. Wishing you a happy week and sending you many hugs! <3
I always love "Meanwhile in Canada" (one of my favorite places to visit, by the way). New Brunswick has better autumn leaves than anywhere I've visited.
Hello Linda! I loved the pit bull video, pit bulls can be very nurturing. I just loved ours.
The sayings are great as always Linda! : ) It's very encouraging.
I do hope you find the cousin Linda. I'm sure you will eventually find him. I know with my one cousin I was looking for, the wedding announcement finally was posted on the old society university page with valuable clues. So you never know what may come up in the future. I think it's great you have found the others though and they have been so sweet about things. We just never know how people will respond even after years of searching.
Your blog is a blessing Linda, it brought a smile to my face today as I am fighting a nasty cold! : )
The dog and the guinea pigs video was nice. It's nice when different animals get along. I like the lamb chopper, it made me laugh. Enjoy the new week Linda and thanks for sharing this post.
I am so excited for you! I started a search on Ancestry and came across some of the names you mentioned but you beat me to it. Yay! I haven't found anything on Ian Dunbar yet. Will keep looking.
Congratulations on your genealogy work! It's fun and exciting, especially when you make some connections. I've been involved in a DNA program for several years and it's amazing how many relatives I have all over the world! Actually, it's mind-boggling, but still enjoyable.
Can't imagine a pit bull and a guinea pig! But I'm guessing the guinea pig is better off with the pit bull than with a cat! :) Hope your week is off to a great start!
The sign about the cold gave me a chuckle. The video of the dog and the guinea pigs was adorable. We have some of Richard Clayderman's music in our music collection. He's amazing, isn't he?
Linda, One just never knows with animals! Love the bonding between the pit bull and what could be 'lunch' if he/she was so inclined. Banana tea...I'll pass that one onto my wife! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
Dearest Linda I'm so very glad to read that you've succeded with your family reasearches, blessed be ! Hope your week is off to a great start, I'm sending blessings to you, thanks once again and always for such a gorgeous post which to beging a new week with !

How wonderful to hear that you have found four of your cousins, Linda!!! Now just find Ian! The piano video was gorgeous to my ears ~ just beautiful and calming. I may give that banana tea a try. I could use some help with getting to sleep. too many switching time zones. Thanks for always having something to lift me and many others up! Take care my special friend!
