  13. Hello Linda! Oh that elephant is soooo cute. He reminds me of our Elbee male kitty. Those guys are into everything and want to play-play-play! Too cute!

The kitty at the school is so neat. He looks very healthy and will most likely be around for a while, especially with all the love he receives. : ) The art show is great.

Your quotes are very good, very good reminders indeed. It's very true on our circle of friends too. Great blog entry, very uplifting and makes me *smile*. : D

Any news on your cousin? I can sure understand. I found my one 1st cousin but she for some reason is not communicating with me although my girls are friends w/her on facebook. I can't imagine but there must be some odd reason.

    Blessings to you dear Linda!

  24. Linda, Loved that baby elephant at that Thailand elephant preserve trying desperately to entice the brahman cattle to play! Once again, your blog proves that cats are amazing! Love Simba the cat that has the run of high school in Maine as well as the cat who has imprinted herself on the autistic girl. Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

  29. I'm surprised that flimsy fence is enough to keep elephants out as those trees look juicy and tempting compared to where they are. Nice story about the old woman and the taxi driver.

  30. Darling Baby Elephant video - and sweet taxi driver - thank you for the uplifting goodies today. One hit me smack dab between the eyes: "The Most Destructive Thing..." thank you for that - I thought I had "cleansed myself" of that thinking, but reading it immediately brought a few things/people to mind, and I felt lifted! Thank you, Linda! Wishing you a fantastic week-end. hugs, de

  34. Dearest Linda,
Your post is full again with beautiful quotations and videos! I had to laugh very much about the cows watching the little "circus elephant" - he's really making a great show! :-) And very touching the stories of the taxi ride, Simba and the therapy cat of the autistic girl.

For three weeks I was away from my computer (but I was not traveling ...), so I hope you forgive my long silence. My postings of the past were all pre-programmed. Now I am back here and try to make up my blog visits.

Hope you had a wonderful start into May - lots of hugs,
    Traude

  39. I was very moved by the video with the old lady and the driver. It's reality. There are many old, lonely ladies in need of a kind person like this driver.
