Maybe I should start doing theme meals for squirrels instead of people. I'm sure it would be easier. People are easier to find, however, as I have only one neighborhood squirrel I see occasionally.

ReplyDeleteLinda, I'm glad to hear that your eye has healed and that your summer in Montreal is comfortable. Much of the USA is in a heat wave and here in East Tennessee we've had copious amounts of rain...compared to last year's severe drought!
ReplyDeleteWhen we were in Australia a few years ago, we had to avoid a couple of beaches due to an especially dangerous jellyfish that could kill you in a very short time. As for the squirrels...I'd be glad to send ours to that ladies house so she could pamper them. They've figured out how to attack our bird feeder and we have a bunch of unhappy birds...not to mention my wife! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

ReplyDeleteWell, I don't agree with the whole Higher Perspective quote, Linda. Yes, loneliness is dangerous, and lonely people can become addicted by wallowing in their loneliness. But the peacefulness the quote refers to is the peace that comes with being comfortable with yourself when you are alone, which is different from loneliness. Just saying ... I am rarely lonely when I am alone. The jellyfish video was so beautiful and filled with fascinating details about this fragile, yet persistent, form of life. I don't like to think of human extinction. I have great hope that we will survive! Sending you love and hugs, my dear friend!
