Winter Wonderland...Celebrating Winter!

Hi dear friends, I am sharing a few of my old photos that I took on January 2, 2011!  As usual, whenever I take a walk in nature, rain or shine...or snow, (LOL!), I have my own entourage of animals that I "meet", and this winter stroll was no different.  It was pretty cold, and part of the river was frozen over.  There were many (and I mean MANY ducks, as you will see, and plenty of squirrels as well).  I enjoyed the walk, cold or not, so I hope you will enjoy these old photos as much as I enjoyed taking them almost two years ago.

The video I have chosen for this post is Bing Crosby's Winter Wonderland.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I really appreciate reading your thoughts, which you can always share!

  4. Bing's song is a proper background for your winter wonderland. Looks too cold for man or ducks, though! :-)

Hope you're weekend is full of fun stuff!

  7. It's possible, Linda, that you don't see me for a few days, because I'm blogging on another (very old) computer an it takes so much time to come on your blog.
Next week, I hope it is repaired and them I'm back.
    Lie(f)s.

  13. The birds don't like ice & snow, it must be hell of job to get food, but, it is nice to watch the passing climate.
