A Fun Song and Some Flowers

Hello everyone!  Welcome!  The song I have chosen for this post is "The Unicorn Song" by The Irish Rovers.  It is an upbeat and fun song that I hope you will all enjoy.  The video is only 3 minutes long.

The photos I am sharing today are ones I took on a walk a few days ago.  I don't know what they are (as usual, LOL), but  I hope you all enjoy them.  You just need to click on the images to see a larger view.

Thank you all so much for visiting me here!  I always appreciate and enjoy reading your kind thoughts, which you are always welcome to share by clicking on the 'comments' link at the end of my post.

  16. Your flowers are beautiful!
I'm not sure, but I'll try to identify them. I think the first one is a Dahlia, the second looks like a Rhus and the third I guess is a Zinnia. I'm not sure, but it's my guess.

  19. Hi Linda, I remember this being played in Ireland in the late sixties and early seventies, and all the showbands played it at all their gigs. Though the Irish Rovers were a Canadian group, all the members were Irish born. Great memories.

  20. Love the vibrant colours of the flowers. A far cry from our current greyish look and feel thanx to the horrid haze.
