Hello everyone! A very warm welcome to you all! The videos I have chosen for this post are: How do Reindeer and Elk get their Astounding Antlers?

A Look at London's Traditional Christmas Dinner
For the following, I am providing the link sources beneath each photo. You just need to click on the images to see a larger view. Life goes by in the blink of an eye. Appreciate the wonderful moments.
A state of grace is that kind of balance with which you ride the chaos that you find around you. It's not a matter of resolving the chaos, because there is something arrogant and warlike about putting the world in order. - Leonard Cohen
Linda, We watch a lot of wildlife shows so I'm up on antlers but the rack on that one elk was amazing. As for the Jimmy Fallon 'wall bit', maybe I'm just too old but I don't 'get' much of today's humor. For our Christmas dinner, we'll be having a roast leg of lamb, roasted potatoes, green beans and a salad. Dessert is yet to be determined!
I don't like to argue but today many people won't even politely discuss issues for fear of getting into an argument. I love an intelligent give and take discussion of the issues.
Linda so wonderful period of the year ! Christmas means peace and love in our hart! j'aurais mis une écharpe rouge autor du cou du petit chien ! bisous Angie
A very interesting post, Linda. And I learned things. I mean, I always thought elk just went down to the local Target or Walmart and bought their antlers on sale!
Candid Camera is always great fun, and I really enjoyed the flute and harp; I was amazed at the depth of their sound.
Best wishes for a great night and a great day tomorrow.
That last guy in the Candid Camera video handled that situation with a lot more grace that I believe I could have done. Good for him. I love the politeness quote and the chili pepper. Cute.
Thanks for the reminders today, Linda - and for always sharing beautiful sentiments and videos that remind us to enjoy life each day. I especially like the item about Politeness being misinterpreted these days. I believe graciousness and mercy are also looked upon as weakness in many ways these days, when they are actually signs of incredible strength. Just a brief not to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas, and to thank you for your on-line friendship. I hope that 2017 is especially good to you, and that the promise of new beginnings creates wonderful journeys! hugs, de
Merry Christmas, dear Linda! Another happy and inspiring post! I can absolutely say that the worst things that have happened to me in my life, in retrospect, were some of the best for they sent me in new directions that were amazing and good. And family and friends are the best! I'm so glad that I have you as a special friend in my life. The gate just announced our flight. Terry surprised me with an amazing gift. We are on the way to Calgary to spend Christmas with my family. Only Donnie knows. Wishing you a blessed Christmas! Sending you love and hugs ~ lots of them!

"Politeness has become so rare that people mistake it for flirtation" Very true. You start thinking, they're so polite, what's their hidden motive?
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and may this new year bring you joy and laughter. To be happy is the greatest wish in life! Olympia
